Car burglaries happens pretty much everyday and nobody seems to really care about it since they won’t do anything to try to stop it from happening. Which sucks, because besides that it sure is a nice place. Giving it 2 stars only because of Andrea that works in their office. She is always kind and very helpful.

Maintenance sucks, the pool is never clean, shattered glass on sidewalks and in parking garage. When all this was brought to the staffs attention all they could say was were short staffed with maintenance crew. They do not know where packages go and seem uninterested to help. This also not exactly low income after you move in they will increase your rent. The garage door is never fixed when said it will be due to people running into it . The outside parking is always full and never a parking stall after 6pm. The trash room is constantly full and people do not clean up after their animals in the

Been here 6 months and so far so good. Things I would point out:
- gym equipment needs to be maintained. We have a really nice gym but the stationary bikes are starting to squeak, benches loose screws, towers aren't oiled and are hard to adjust.
- cameras in the trash chute room so people stop clogging them
- trash can in the mailing room for junk mail

I’ve lived here two years and there’s not much to complain about. The hallways are always quiet and I never hear my neighbors. My only complaint is that people often leave unwanted clothes, furniture in the hallways. This isn’t a good will. And usually wild kids running around the gym un attended.
