Overall this is a pretty good apartment complex, I’ve renewed my lease for another year. Complex is very well cared for and I haven’t needed to submit a single maintenance request for my unit, everything just works. Yeah there are a bunch of rules u need to follow but I wouldn’t have any second thoughts about recommending to anyone.

Friendly, calm and quiet apartment community. The units and public areas are well kept and the facilities are generally excellent (though several areas are currently closed due to covid). The staff are amazing and extremely helpful and easily contacted by several methods including text and email. The leases are also fair and reasonably priced for the area.

My gf and I move around a lot to different states. Verra West is by the far the best apartment complex we've lived at. We have recently moved to another state again but we would have stayed with them if we had stayed in the Longmont area.
They are quick to repair things when asked. They are always friendly when we went into the office area. The rent is fair and the security deposit is relatively low considering these apartments are new.
Overall we have nothing to complain about. Wish they are more spread out across the country so we can lease with them again.

Amazing!
Love this place, I’m still staying here. My lease is done in a couple of months. Only ending the lease because I am finally getting a home.
Great place to stay everything is practically new! Maintenance is AMAZING, they fix everything super fast! Move in process was also very easy. Wish I could renew but it’s time to move on!

I have lived at VerraWest for two years (moved in shortly after it had been built). It is by far the best apartment complex/community I’ve lived in. Tiffany, and the rest of the office staff make it a point to know the residents, and make you feel at home. They are always helpful, professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to assist their residents. The community was well kept, and the neighbors were respectful and friendly. I would recommend VerraWest to anyone looking to rent in the Longmont area!

Me and my wife lived here for over a year. Only reason we moved out was because we got a house. This place is absolutely amazing. Staff is friendly. People around here are all pet friendly ( we had 2 dogs) maintenance people are amazing. Pool gym is always clean. They even have a Dog wash. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.

I love living at Verra West so much. The move-in process was a breeze, maintenance takes care of every request in a timely way without hassle, they host events for the tenants, the hot tub is kept clean, and the gym is fantastic. Utilities are reasonable and the units are built WELL. The apartment itself has every amenity I had hoped for. There's no nonsense like you might find at other complexes. Amongst all those I considered, I am SO glad I chose Verra West.

We have really enjoyed our time at VerraWest. These new modern apartments have nice layouts and finishes. The decks are a nice feature as well. The overall complex is very well designed, with great landscaping and amenities. In particular, the pool + hot tub with grill, and fire pit are really great. Staff is attentive and very helpful. I highly recommend VerraWest if you are looking for apartments in Longmont, particularly if you work in Boulder.
