Definitely, looking forward to picking up my boots from this company. Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures of my boots before I dropped them off. However, I will say they seemed real knowledgeable about services I requested to have done. I appreciated the options given to help prolong the life of my boots. I will definitely post pictures of the finished product.

I have been a long time customer of Cobbler & Co. I can’t say enough about Sunny. He is an incredible cobbler. He has done more complex work like a full recraft and simpler yet important work, such as toe plates and protective half soles. What sets Sunny from the rest is his attention to detail - his fit and finish is undefeated and his ability to communicate with the customer is top notch. He always meets the mark and is especially timely.

First time having my son’s leather shoe for cleaning & polishing. I did not expect the quality this good. The shoes shine like a brand new shoes & the side of the bottom sole was cleaned/buffed and appear semi-gloss was applied. I was so impressed. I will definitely use their services again.

Sunny did a JR resole with Triumph toe taps for me. He was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The shoes were vintage, and ended up requiring more work than expected, including a whole new welt being needed. He did the work quickly, and the quality top notch. He also cares about the little things. I shine shies professionally, so I told him he didn’t have to worry about shining mine up since I know he’s busy. I am goodyear welted shoe enthusiast. Recently, I had Cobbler Sunny install flush metal toe plates on a high quality pair of boots I recently purchased. The boots had a leather sole which was problematic for me since I tend to wear the toe area of shoes/boots particularly fast. I had the vendor send my newly purchased shoes directly to Sunny Cobbler so he could install the metal toe plates. Cobbler Sunny did a flawless job and mailed my boots to me promptly. He is an excellent cobbler (which is not easy to find) and I would trust him with my most prized shoes/boots in the future.

Two pair of shoes in for new heels: one natural Chromexcel, the other suede. Both heel replacements were perfectly fit with no gaps or glue marks. Natural leather shoes were returned with a fresh application of conditioning oil, and suedes were freshly brushed out and stoned. Great shoe repair shop. Will use again.

Very satisfied with the resoling craftsmanship that was perfomed on my wife's mules. They have several options that range from classic to durable. Dropped off the shoes and wandered the mall for an hour and a half and they were completed! Will def be bringing all my shoes here!

I live in South Florida but mail my shoes to Sunny for repair. He is a true artisan and is responsive and amazingly talented. He converted a cemented shoe to Blake stitched and made them better than new. Great work, fair prices, and Sunny is a true student of the cobbler game and it shows.

This place is a hidden jewel. I ordered some leather sandals online and loved them, BUT my feet were swimming in them although they were the size I needed. Metro Cobblers & Co was able to tailor these sandals to fit my feet properly. A half inch was cut from both straps on each shoe and holes were added to the ankle straps. When I picked them up, they were now a perfect fit.

Superb work with my British-made shoes. JR soles and JR heels with my color of choice for stitching. Even polished with Saphir and burnished the toe box for a crisp look. Will do business again with Sonny. Family owned and operated.

I have had several pairs of shoes repaired and was very pleased with the quality of work. They also have a good turnaround time. My previous repairs consisted of shoe shine/polish or replacement of heel taps. This time I decided to have the taps and soles replaced on my Saint Laurent shoes. I was very nervous because these shoe are my favorite and if they were damaged they can't be replaced.

I haven't worn them yet but they look fabulous. I will update you once I wear them.

I have several pair of boots that needed to be repaired for the Fall and Winter. The heels needed replacement and the leather and suede needed to be cleaned. Here is a tip: You have to pay upfront. For the price I paid, I could have bought a new pair of leather boots, but I was able to get three pair of boots repaired and cleaned instead. About a week later, they were done. I was happy when the clerk showed me each shoe before handing them over to me. I was pleased with how clean and new they looked. Been going to Owings Mills Mall hakky for long time until the mall closed. They moved to metro centre! The place looks pretty and the people are friendly. Plus my shoes are are always in good condition and looks like new when i pick it up. Definitely recommend this place.

Horrible......the work was horrendous...i told them that i was dissatisfied and i even left the shoes with them for 3 more weeks so they could repair my shoe properly. ...when i returned to pick my shoes up..i was very upset to see that no one ever tried to fix my shoes. ....and to add salt to injury. ...the owners wife had the audacity to laugh at the damage that her son did to my shoes while i was standing there.....not to mention that they lost one of my original straps to my shoes and placed two totally different straps in my shoes...yet. ..they forgot to remove one of my original straps.
