I needed a new set of shoes stretched, sole guards put on, and weather-proofed. The service was excellent and the workmanship exceptional. I found the owner to be extremely professional and honest. The weather-proofing I had requested would have been more than I needed and he was very up front. He would provide the service if I wanted, but all I needed was a significantly less expensive option. I could not be happier with he work ethics and his integrity. He now has life-long customer in me and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I brought in a pair of dress moccasins that needed repair. I thought Rafael would have to take the shoe apart. He told me that if we were lucky, this would be an easy repair. Sure enough, in 20 minutes he had the shoes repaired. His workmanship is excellent. He really knows what he is doing.

I used to take my shoes to a guy at Security Mall untill about 5 years ago. Not only did the guy start using cheap materials, that I assume allow him to keep prices low, he also got very careless. He spilled glue on my shoes and left pieces of his gloves glued down on both shoes trying to mask it with paint. I came to Rafael for help. He completely restored my shoes! Additionally, the heals lasted for multiple seasons for the first time! I love my shoes and do not wear pleather and ovoid it like a plague. I like investing in shoes that I can wear for years. So, a good caretaker is a must for me

I was very lucky to get my shoes repaired today for a birthday party I had to attend. The owner was very honest to explain it would be best to leave them to give him more time for a quality job. Since I needed them today he made an exception and took the time even though it was 15 minutes before closing. Thank you Raphael!
