Sanders Ridge Vegetable Farm was established in 2006 and is sister farm to Sanders Ridge Vineyard and Winery. We offer 75+ different types and varieties of heirloom open pollinated vegetables, herbs, flowers, muscadine grapes, and new this year - strawberries! We grow for FLAVOR AND NUTRITION! Our Farm is also involved in helping others interested in learning about and transitioning to sustainable farming, gardening, and land stewardship.
Winemaker's remarks: "After bottling, this selection had a slight sparkling mouth feel, which was a surprise, but some surprises turn out to be really good!" This fruitier Chardonnay hints at notes of pear and apple: crisp, with a bit of a citrus light finish. Fresh nose that will remind you of Spring orange blossoms with notes of citrus and apricot.
Our award-winning wines are produced exclusively from Viognier, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Muscat Canelli, Chambourcin, and two varieties of muscadine grapes, Carlos and Noble, all grown in our 15-acre vineyard. Our selections include up to 16 varieties of estate-grown and bottled wines available for purchase year-round from the Winery or from our online store.

Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. Most of the wines were pretty decent. Overall had a great time and would love to go back when in the area.
The cab was the worst wine I've ever tasted, would recommend asking for a sample before just ordering a bottle.

My wife had a flight of whites and I had a flight of reds. The Sweet Kate and the Blackberry were delicious. My wife really enjoyed the pineapple and the peach mango. Very relaxing sitting out on the patio overlooking the lake. Had a pimento cheese dip which was also very good.

Very nice set up. Nice and nestled to in the country. Hate the hours are so short (12-4 for food and 12-5), but really nice place and great set up.
The staff is really courteous and helpful with selecting wines for tasting flights. Would def go again. Traveled about 55 mins from Greensboro

We had a wonderful Saturday afternoon here. Beautiful place to enjoy some good NC wine. Reasonably priced wine and food. The covered deck is great in the rain. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Just delightful, a wide variety of whites and reds in dry, semi sweet and sweet. My favorite was Classic 57. Smooth from the tip of the tongue to the back of your throat. You can almost taste the blackberries. And the outdoor atmosphere is so beautiful! You can feel the stress drain away. A must visit for any wine lover.

This is a beautiful winery and vineyard. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always a great time. I brought some friends here to do some wine tasting and we had a blast. The wines are delicious. They have a great selection. The food was absolutely delicious. They have a great selection of food to pair with the wines. The service was amazing. I’d highly recommend this place anytime.

Very enjoyable experience, sampling some sweet wines and interesting reds. We tried the 2015 Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Both were good, but more tart than I'm used to in a Cabernet. It is distinctive to their reds. The sweet wines were very good, but as mentioned quite sweet. The tasting room is large and inviting, with a nice deck and great seating down by the lake. A very pretty and pleasant place, and the staff was friendly and great to deal with. We'll definitely come back.

They have one cabin here and my wife and I were able to rent it for 2 nights at the last minute for a quick getaway for my wife's birthday. It is super cozy in the middle of a very quiet and dark area.
Included in the price of the cabin is wine tasting. We had those 2 flights, plus another, plus 2 glasses of our favorites and bought 3 bottles. Yes, we loved it!

Beautiful, serene setting off the beaten path. Staff was very knowledgeable with their wines. Whites were the star of the day this trip. Recommend the Viognier and barrel Oaked Chardonnay (best sellers for a reason)!
