One of the best wineries in the area. When I am down visiting I stock up. Summer Daze, afta dinna, and elkohol are my favorites but I haven't had anything that I absolutely don't like.

To visit is an experience. A pre determined flight tells you a story that is warm to hear. With a variety of sweet and non-sweet wines, it will please every palette. The shop is easily only a few minutes from I-77 and well worth the visit.

Amazing!! So many selections from dry to fruit wines and the wines have some great stories behind their names! Highly recommend, I stop in every time I am in North Carolina!

We really enjoyed sitting on the patio while tasting two flights. As you can see, we were two-thirds through the first flight before I remembered to take a photo. On the right are traditional wines, on the left are fruit infused wines. I'm not going to comment on the wine quality, as if my wife and I couldn't agree, I'm sure everyone will have their own opinion. My wife and I are new to the wine tasting scene and here is my conclusion: All wines aren't good or bad, they just are. Otherwise, how could the same wine be considered good by one person and bad by another? Whether a wine is deemed good

Very friendly staff, they had a nice selection of wines. Most of the wines were fairly fruity, so if you prefer sweeter wines, this would be a good choice. We had a sample flight and ended up getting a bottle of Crooked Toe Blues on our first ever visit. They also had a selection of cheeses to go with the wine but we didn't try them. Definitely give Slightly Askew a shot if you enjoy fruity wines 🍷

Eclectic variety of wines, covering all taste preferences from dry to sweet. My preferences are dry and they filled my need. As we travel through this area twice a year, I will definitely make this wonderful, local winery, a stopping point on our trip. Even the other visitors provided such great suggestions for interesting places to visit in the area, as well as recommending additional wineries that may meet our strict requirements. J am so glad that we are able to travel through such a beautiful and interesting area.
