You jump started my workout regimen which got me back into the habit of working out regularly. You provided the element of accountability with regular weigh ins and measurements. You motivated and pushed me past my comfort zone, thus making me stronger. You got me back to my goal. Andrea is a great trainer.

I couldn't ask for a more comfortable environment and better trainer.

The best investment you can make is in yourself. I recently trained and completed my first marathon. When getting advice from other runners I was often told to cross train. I understood the benefits of cross training but never bothered. I can run but I had no idea how to workout. I had never been a member of a gym and didn't want to waste my money just to embarrass myself. After finishing the training and race I could run far but still felt tired and weak. Fortunately for me I came across Andrea and Temple Training

Well, with Andrea at Temple Training that has finally changed for me: I started going to her studio when I decided (doctor said) I really needed
