At the Explorer Center Preschool, we respect each child as a unique individual with an abundance of curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. We recognize and value each family's guidance in their child's learning process. Building on this existing foundation, our goal is to provide a learning environment in which students are actively involved in developmentally appropriate experiences that foster social, emotional and cognitive growth.
We keep our classes small - two teachers are provided for each class, with no more than 12 students. This allows us to know each child's interests, learning style, abilities and needs and then incorporate these into the program. When children are engaged in active exploration that they can relate to, it instills a lifelong love of learning that is fun!

My children have had the most amazing experience at Explorer Center Preschool. The teachers are so attentive to nurturing each individual child and completely invest in their growth and readiness for kindergarten. Both of my daughters were not only ready to begin elementary school on an academic level, but on an emotional level as well. ECP truly instills a love for learning and builds so much confidence in these kiddos. And seeing that growth in my children was amazing as a mom. Highly recommend ECP!!

We love everything about Explorer Preschool! The teachers truly care about all of the children and help them make it an easy transition into kindergarten. My kids have learned so much. Ms Paula and Ms Dona love what they do and it shows. I'm feel so lucky to have found Explorer and recommend it highly.

ECP is such a uniquely wonderful preschool! We have made the drive from Everett for both of our children for this reason. Miss Paula and Miss Dona are so good with the children and Miss Cynthia pours everything she has into making preschool an enriching experience for all. It is clear these women love spending their days with our kids and care not only about Kindergarten readiness, but life experience and confidence as well. Highly recommended!
