He has designed an industry accepted standard for contracts, given great advice in negotiations, expressing his professional opinion, yet allowing for the flexibility of our unique situation. No pressure, just solid advice as we have navigated this new and daunting process.

Incredibly responsive, thorough, and precise service. David reviewed a dental associate contract for me with a turn around time that was 2 weeks faster than another lawyer I had talked to, and he did it for a flat rate that came in much lower than the other guy as well. Professional and fast, I highly recommend David. I will be using him for all my dental legal needs from here on out.

I had the best experience possible. My attorney was there for me 24/7 trough weekends, evenings, and he even continued to work trough his family vacation. My practice purchase was a very difficult case, nearly hopeless, and he made it possible. I am convinced I received an amazing value for a very reasonable fee. I have really enjoyed working with David Cohen. He is very down-to-earth. I spent weeks calling different attorneys, even at a national level, to find the best option, and David Cohen was the best attorney for my situation. He was really Johnny on the spot.
