I selected Escher with an emphasis on facilities, conveniences and security.We've lived for 6 months and our satisfaction is more than imagination.That's because the humanity of all staff is perfect. All clean staff work hard but never forget to smile to us.The maintenance team Angelo and Darnell is professional and reliable.And I'm relieved to see Melanie who is sales consultant at Escher.I can't say all staff's name here, but they make our community very comfortable.We are happy.Thank you!

I just want to say that Michelle is the absolute best!!! She is so friendly and so caring. You can tell she truly cares about residents. I was recently placed on strict bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy and I had some food delivered. The driver dropped it off downstairs and Michelle was so gracious enough to bring the food up to me so I didn’t have to go downstairs. If you are looking to move to Escher, please make sure to speak to Michelle. She is one of a kind!

Can I just start off with Danielle Saunders is a rockstar! I had a corporate client that I leased an apartment for and the experience I had was amazing. Danielle followed up with me on every aspect from the beginning. She gave excellent customer service to my client. If I have any more clients that need temporary housing I will look here first!

I’ve just moved into the community and so far I love my new home. Danielle was super helpful in the process. It wasn’t hard making our choice since it offered everything we were looking for. Danielle made sure we had all things set up and ready before moving in. She also was prompt with answering our questions. I highly recommend booking your tour with her.

I really enjoy living here and have had such positive interactions with all the staff, especially Melanie! She walked me and my partner through the whole leasing process and was really informative without ever pressuring us at any point. The units are new, super clean and very well maintained, the maintenance staff is great and always responsive. The gym is excellent too!

My experience moving in so far is wonderful! Everything worked out well and Danielle and all the staff have been really nice and helpful. They have these hotel looking dollies that are really thoughtful and useful when moving in. The apartment is beyond what I expected. Even though it is MPDU it has hardwood floors, it is very clean and modern. I suffer from allergies and even since I moved here my allergies have improved. The amenities are beautiful and there are nice events every now and then. I love living here so far. The only thing I would say is the locks in the apartment. The security is

I've lived here for a handful of months now and have largely positive things to say about it. Within walking distance you will find grocery stores, a metro stop, banks, the post office, and restaurants, and more. The units themselves are really good condition as this building is quite new. The building management is both receptive and active with tenant interactions. It is easily the best apartment complex I've lived in thus far.
If you do decide to tour the building, I would recommend asking for Melanie. She works in the leasing department and helped us with our lease. She is both professional

Just wanted to share that I am a current resident of Escher and today had a very uncomfortable experience with their maintenance program and no longer feel safe in my own home. Today I happened to be working from home and the maintenance man walked into my apartment as I was walking out of my shower. There were NO notices sent to my home, no emails, and more importantly no phone calls. I had not made a maintenance request and it was explained to me by management that it was annual maintenance. I was TERRIFIED and this should not have happened. Prayerfully another resident will not experience this
