Awesome experience! After calling 2 shops in Clermont who could not be bothered with fixing a tire on any bike brand they do not sell, Evolve said “no problem”. Brought it in and was out the door in 45 minutes. We are on the road in our RV and this was amazing! Thank you Evolve and all your friendly staff!

My wife Debbie and I live in Celebration and over the years we have purchased 4 bikes and an ElliptiGO from Evolve Bicycles. We have on occasion gone elsewhere to look for bikes and always return to our "hometown" choice. Why? The folks at Evoke are true professionals! My e-bike fell over and my risers weren’t working. I stopped by and they literally repaired it in 5 minutes. Got me back in the road that day! Thanks Evolve. When I need anything for my bike you are my first stop.

This is the bar that all other local bike shops need to strive for. 5 star customer service is an understatement. My salesman (Valentino) was awesome! He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The owner (Roger) of the shop went above and beyond to help me get the bikes (Cannondale Trail 7 and Cannondale Trail 5) I wanted for my girlfriend and I. Thank you for a great experience. We are on vacation at Disney and got a flat tire on our bob stroller and the guys at evolve we’re able to get us back up and running in 10 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!! Thanks guys!!

Celebration, Florida Evolve Bicycles and Ebikes -showed up to get some air for my two bikes at 9:45am and the person with a red shirt told me to wait until 10:00am when they opened (maybe sales person Valentino). On 3 separate occasions I was able to get air in my tires at the same time of 9:45am with manager Renee. This morning, however, Renee was visibly perturbed and uncomfortably agitated - as if he was unduly inconvenienced and disturbed. I dealt with the owner, Roger, and Renee multiple times and they were very nice, but this morning Renee dismissed all previous encounters while pointing

Stopped in here because I needed a wheelchair tire replaced after getting a flat while out in Orlando. The employees here were very friendly and made the process almost seamless. I'd definitely recommend coming here in the future for all of my needs. They have a great looking shop also I love the location.

Amazing experience with Evolve - especially Mike. I just casually bike and have little knowledge on what's reasonable for costs, part repair, etc. I brought my (very) old bike in for a tune up and Mike called me up and explained to me that it would be less costly to buy a new-to-me bike then go through all the repairs. Offered me a lovely used bike and took care of my old bike for me. Will definitely come back again and recommend them!

Above and way beyond! This was my experience with Evolve and Renato my service tech. I purchased an e-bike in another state before moving to Florida. My bike had several mechanical issues that were, unfortunately, outside of the warranty period. After making several attempts with manufacturer to get resolution, with no results, I contacted Evolve. Renato said that he would attempt to communicate with them in my behalf. Again, manufacturer was unwilling to budge.
