I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for with my first home. I was really lucky to have Connor in my corner! His knowledge of the city and specific neighborhoods was a huge asset. He was patient with me as I looked and even returned to the place I ultimately bought. He had valuable insight on turning my first home into a long-term investment. Beyond that, he worked with my busy and unpredictable schedule. In the end, I bought a beautiful home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Exactly what I was after. Highly recommend against renting anywhere listed by Pointe3.
I rented from them for 2 years without issue, but return of the deposit has been horrible. They conducted a walk through and sent a list of write up. Several of them I went and fixed or hired cleaners to fix.
They later sent an email stating how much of the deposit they would be refunding. It included a few hundred dollars deducted, which seemed fair as there were some small damages remaining, however, they sent a check for >$700 hundred dollars less than what they said they were sending. It included charges for many fixes that were

I hired Michael Hughes to lease my property, but he did not disclose the correct information to the tenant as intended. Two months into the lease, the tenant emailed me for a refund of a certain amount, which I had no idea the information was never relayed to the tenant. When I forwarded the email to him, he said the matter is between me and the tenant. I have all the communications in writing telling him to relay the information to the tenant, which he still did not do. He didn't want to take responsibility of his mistakes. I would not use him even if he is the last agent on earth

I worked with Ryan Raffetto to sell my 1b condo at downtown Bellevue. Ryan has an extensive experience in this area and has been very patient and responsive during the transaction. As the listing agent, Ryan truly represents my interests and fights for me for every penny. For example, in my transaction, the buyer side asked for a few hundred dollars to repair the kitchen fan. Ryan advised me the right solution and helped me sourcing a small part to fix the issue which saved hundreds of dollars for me. Not the best for listing. Bait and switch shop. Originally quoted me $2750. Two days after and Once I signed the contact to list, our agent Brenden told me we should list for $2500. In three months in an exclusive listing with them, He only brought me one option from a search he was doing for another client and the offer was $2300. Sub par effort. Would not recommend as they are more of a buyers agent.

I worked with Trevor O'Dell to lease a townhome in Bellevue. His representation is with Seattle Rental Group and Pointe3 Real Estate. I met with him myself, I did not have a real estate agent representing me because it seemed like a simple lease. On the day we met to sign the leasing agreement, he told me at the signing that there was going to be some siding work done on the townhome. Brenden was great to work with! Being first time home buyers, we were pretty nervous going into the whole process. But Brenden was on top of it and made everything clear and easy. He was always calm and super quick to respond to all (A LOT) of our questions. We worked with Brenden Dubois last year to find a rental apartment when we relocated from the east coast, so when we decided to look into buying, we reached out to Brenden. Working with Jose Perez at Pointe3 Realstate exceeded any of my expectations. As a Seattle newbie, I was not familiar at all with the market and Jose did an excellent job guiding me through the process. He prepared ahead and provided me an extensive list of options for me to choose so I could make the best use of my time during the day we visited the properties. When we met he was incredibly friendly and wend above and beyond to show me all the units in my list and answer all my questions.

Joe represented the seller for a transaction at Point3 on a transaction that I was recently a part of. I can say without reservation, Joe was instrumental in getting the deal closed. I purchased a home through a short sale in the fall of 2014 with the help of Kristel Dirkes at Pointe3 Real Estate. She was happy to meet me on nights and weekends to search for houses. I recently closed a fairly complex rental/purchase option with this group, Joe Horgan specifically, and I could not recommend them more highly. Professional, quick to respond/fix any outstanding issues and generally just working really hard to create the best outcome/s possible for their client...in this instance yours truly.
I haven't been in the rental market for many years, but either things have become substantially more sophisticated over the past decade or so, OR Pointe3/Seattle Rental Group are really good at what they do. I sense the latter to be the case!
