I want to share with you a bit about why I became a meditation coach. After many years working in the high-tech industry and continually struggling with stress and anxiety, I decided to ask myself some tough questions. What am I here for on earth? What is my purpose in life? How do I want to be known?
Using the ancient tools of meditation, I help my clients achieve lasting balance so they can intentionally transform themselves into the people the truly wish to be in the world. It has become increasingly clear to me over the past several months that we are in a period of transformation. This seems to be just as true for me individually as it is culturally and globally.
Meditation helps me live with greater personal agency, because it creates an ever-widening gap between my experience and my conditioned or habitual reactions. Do you have anyone in your life age 10-20 who might be interested in a meditation event for teens and pre-teens? The scientific fact of the matter is that meditation results in all of those things.
An incremental practice where one first learns a traditional meditation technique, such as breath awareness, and then progressively learns how to apply the skills and insights toward effecting behavior and attitudinal change. The specific technique can be any one of several traditional methods, the exact one depends on your unique constitution.
Meditation coaching with El Guia is designed to help you obtain the maximum benefit from your meditation practice, based on your personal goals. Learning to meditate, much like learning to play a musical instrument, is very personal and best experienced in a suitable environment with a trained instructor.

Been working with Paul for over 5 years and can't believe my luck in meeting this kind individual. Paul is talented, has many career options and is literally doing Meditation to help the World become a better place. If you work with Paul, what you put in is what you get out. And if you listen to him, put in the work, you will walk away a better person for now, tomorrow and possibly for ever. Not sure if its worth it

Paul is an extremely helpful meditation instructor. I chose to work with him because of scheduling flexibility (as opposed to fixed date, group sessions more widely available). His approach is specific to his clients' interests while still addressing the fundamentals of meditation practice. I heartily recommend Paul!

I had the good fortune to participate in a recent 4-week "Meditation Jump-Start" online workshop that Paul ran, and I am so grateful I came across that opportunity, and so pleased with the outcome. I have never had a consistent meditation practice in the past, just attended a group zen session here or there, and always thought I "should" meditate - but in the few times I've tried, have found mental distractions too frustrating, and have quickly given up. Seeing a low-commitment, weekly "virtual workshop" course seemed like a great, easy way to give it another

My experience was great and I highly recommend Paul if you are interested in learning more about meditation. It can be a bit intimidating to think about learning to meditate if you are new to the concept, but Paul immediately puts you at ease and answers any questions you have. Even though he is practiced meditator he is really good at meeting you at whatever level you are at. Just contact Paul and you will be so glad that you did!!

Paul is a wonderful meditation guide - very gentle, easygoing, and authentic. He makes meditation feel very approachable and mellow, and helps you gently let go of the angst of "I'm not doing it right!", and makes it something anyone can embrace. After just a few week course and continuing my practice, I'm finding significant benefits in terms of increased calm, clearer perception, and a more balanced feeling of being in the world. Learning to meditate from Paul has been such a nourishing and satisfying experience, one that as changed my life profoundly in a very short period of time.
