I've been doing the Clairvision work for quite a while. The foundation of this work is a practice-based meditation. I love this! There is also a solid foundation of spiritual understanding and history, not only from this school but across numerous traditions. Really thorough. I love the meditations, the IST work and the people....ahhhh the people...very awake! If you want to do real spiritual work and achieve high states of consciousness, this is the place to be.

I have been to one of the talks by one of the meditation students. Very friendly atmosphere inside the building. I liked how down-to-earth and practical the approach to meditation was, basically it's about giving people tools to gain a first hand experience about states of consciousness.
And they had snacks!

This is like an Amateur Scientology outfit. They advertise an interesting topic on Meet up but when you get there what they're really trying to do is recruit you to a high priced seminar. They give a really lame and inaccurate lecture to optimistic novice seekers followed by the pitch. Sleazy and disgusting.
