Took my '70 Beetle to Reece for a chronic oil leak. They were able to quickly repair the leak at a very reasonable price. After getting home, I discovered a further problem that needed attention. Even though they didn't cause the 2nd problem, they got me back in and quickly solved it. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't charge me for the 2nd trip. I will definitely come back for service. Great wifi in the waiting room and I was always greeted with a masked employee at the service desk! Thanks!

Watch out before you buy, I bought a car with Reese years ago it was a great car so I trusted them but this time car I was buying was a complete lemon two weeks after my purchase the steering pump went out, and then not even a year after I bought the car I had to replace all four tires the timing chain went bad the transmission had a bad leak and the heater core went out the brakes needed replaced before even had the car a year I've had to pay three times as much as a Kelley Blue book value and had to take a personal loan out just to fix everything that was wrong with it, I will not buy from reese

My aunt referred me to Reece's Auto to get my car checked out. It was making a really loud, hollow rattling noise, not sure what was wrong- not a car person. I was told it might be a belt from someone who knew a little more than I did. The man at the counter was friendly, and got me checked in. I waited probably about 10 minutes until they came out to give me my car's prognosis. He explained it in a way that was easy to understand, wasn't condescending, answered all my questions, and gave me a quote for the service. Turns out the heat shield around my exhaust was loose and just needed

I thought I had posted a review before but I guess not. Once again Phil tells me to save my money for now. Had the car in for an oil change and the fellow doing that thought it might be time to change the timing belt. When I called in to set that up Phil told me I really don't need that for about 30,000 miles. They had changed that a while back and the belt should be good for now. This is nothing new. I have had other items that seemed to need fixing in the past, and on inspection was told things were OK, even "operator error"; that's me. Oh no! It is hard to imagine there is

I cannot say enough good things about the guys at Reece Auto. Brandon is always so friendly and helpful. He never makes me feel stupid for asking questions. I recently had to send my car to Car Heaven and the guys at Reece were very understanding and didn't rush me to get my car out of their lot. When I came to empty it before the scrap metal people came for it I asked to borrow a tool to remove my plates. Brandon not only got me a screw driver to remove them, he took the time to remove them for me! Such a small act of kindness but it was much appreciated by me, who was already emotional about

I have taken my car here a few times over the years and never had a problem. Most recently I brought my car in for an alignment, rotation, wheel balance and a bit of brake work. The cost for the alignment was at least $20 cheaper than any other places quoted. Service was quick, got my car back the same day I dropped it off. Will definitely come back in the future.

Owner of the shop has handled my family's cars for twenty years, and he's staffed his garage with high competent and honest mechanics. They talk straight to you when letting you know what's going on with your vehicle, and if there is an easier fix they will offer it to you without trying to upsell or force expensive work on you. Definitely recommend.
