Ive been patient of this office for about 5 years. I was referred to this office by my ENT when I started to have a serious ear problem. I was treated over several months and when it was determined I needed a hearimg aid, I git it here. Always pleased with care and would highly recommend them.

Dr Sharma is an incredibly patient, knowledgable and caring Audiologist. She is very focused and extremely thorough, wanting the best outcome for her client with regards to their hearing loss. Gwen is always friendly and welcoming and goes out of her way to accommodate appointments. A great experience 😊

My experience was very pleasant. Dr. Sharma thoroughly explained everything on the hearing test and guided me to the appropriate product for my particular situation. She is very knowledgeable. Her assistant Gwen was also very helpful. I was treated with courtesy and respect and Gwen researched my insurance for me. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Hearing to anyone who suspects they are experiencing hearing loss.

I had an appt with Dr Sharma today and it was a very pleasant and informative experience. First off, scheduling a time was easy, and when I needed to reschedule, Gwen at the front desk was very flexible and communicative. The office is clean and comfortable, and I felt at ease with Dr Sharma right away. She was patient, answered all my questions, and had great advice for me too.
Ultimately, I ordered a pair of fitted earplugs, and Dr Sharma loaned me a pair of hearing aids to try out, just to see if it’s helpful to me. I thought that was very kind of her, and showed the type of care and concern
