I went today with sounds cape audiology after having a stuffed left ear for a few weeks called them and they where very professional and kind they took good care of me and clean out both my ears now I feel great that I don't have to loose sleep thank you .Anish v. I have been putting off getting custom ear plugs since I go to loud concerts on a weekly basis. The impression they took of my ear was done so well that these new musician earplugs work so much better than my old one. I asked if I could also order sleeping plugs since I am a sensitive sleeper and they were able to help me out with that as well.
Dr. Thakkar in particular answered all my questions and was very transparent

Dr. Thakkar did ear cleaning and custom ear plugs for my girlfriend and I. This was the first time I've had my ears cleaned by someone else other than my mother and girlfriend. He went over the entire process with us and kept us very comfortable. When there were times that could be uncomfortable, he reassured us ahead of time.
We go to a lot of concerts so we ended up ordering musician's plugs. Also, I'm a very heavy snorer so my girlfriend got sleeping plugs. Dr. Thakkar helped us select the colors and DB levels.

I found Soundscape Audiology looking to get my ears cleaned since I couldn’t get an appointment with my ENT for 2 months. My ears were so clogged it sounded like I was underwater.
Dr. T was very courteous, attentive, listened and answered all of the questions I had. He cleaned and unclogged my ears very quickly.
I did my research before I went by reading the reviews and looking on his website. And everything was true! Dr. T is awesome! He is also very fluent in Japanese and I can recommend him to my family. His office is easy to find and super convenient parking lot.

I am a 2nd year student earning my Au.D. at Cal State LA's Audiology program. I had the pleasure of rotating at Dr. Thakkar's clinic during the summer session.
Dr. Thakkar and his staff are fantastic people and true professionals. I enjoyed interacting with Tanya, the front desk manager, as well as Erick, the Audiology assistant, and it is clear that they are invested in patient care. Dr. Thakkar is a wonderful Audiologist, a patient teacher, and a role model as an Audiologist. You can tell that his patients truly appreciate his service! Dr Thakkar is the best! I’m a drummer and desperately needed some custom ear plugs for my practice sessions. Dr Thakkar helped me find the perfect ones. I got a little nervous when I was about to take impressions, but Anish was super helpful. He has a calm demeanor and also patiently explained all the steps to me. The whole process took around 10-15 minutes, super easy. I just got the plugs and they work great! Would highly recommend! He’s the best audiologist you’d find in the bay!

Dr. Thakkar is one of the best audiologists in the bay area! Getting custom earplugs during Covid time is challenging, but I really need them because of the loud street noise in SF and I couldn't sleep well. Luckily, I asked Dr. Thakkar for help and he made the whole experience safe and hassle-free. First of all, Dr. Thakkar is super professional.
