The dealership stated I needed new brakes for my Toyota. Kenny pulled my tires and stated the brakes are only half used. Kenny stated there is still a lot of life left. Kenny is exceptional at what he does. He is honest and upfront about all aspects of the service provided. I wish ALL repair shops were as great as Kenny and Mitch's Auto!

Once again Kenny Parks of Mitch’s Auto cares for the life of our vehicle, a 2007 Toyota Highlander. About two years ago, I followed his advice to have the timing belt and subsequent related parts replaced. After 26 years at Mitch’s, we knew that if a specific repair including preventative maintenance was suggested, it was wisest to save the $ to arrange the repair. There have been many times we were told what might be on the horizon and a few that must be done now to preserve the vehicle. 100% true for nearly 3 decades now and always with sound, most reasonable prices.
