In Huntersville, NC, there was a house that we needed. We could not raise the total purchase costs at that time, though. Then came our savior, Paradise Realty. They connected us to a mortgage broker who advised us and gave us the best options for lease purchase. I can proudly say we are almost homeowners.

This company is pure garbage! We tried to rent a home from them that we really wanted but they would NOT pick up the phone no matter how many times we called to ask questions and insisted on only responding by email and text. Very unprofessional. They were also requesting very sketchy methods of payments for deposit and rent. Their only method of putting in a maintenance request if ever needed is by filling out some email form on their webpage. Forget calling them and reaching ANYONE. All these positive reviews definitely appear to be fake. Do NOT use this shady company.

We moved into a nice home managed by Paradise Realty & Property Management in Charlotte around 12/20 and contacted them about a couple of maintenance items that were of concern. Eddie called almost immediately to schedule an appointment to come by. He arrived on time and fixed everything quickly. Since then they installed a gas log appliance into our fireplace in the living room, and did a great job. I have had a couple of other contacts with them and they have been very responsive and nice. I think they are a winner.
