If there was a sixth star to give here, L34 would deserve it. I'm smart at my day job but pretty ignorant when it comes to the housing market (especially the LA housing market), and Shannon and the rest of the team took the time to guide us through every step--loans, inspections, tours, putting in offers, paperwork, escrow, and (finally) closing on a house we love and selling the house we'd outgrown. It feels kind of weird to be gushing about a real estate group, but I have to give credit where credit is due. I am so happy in my new house, and L34 made it happen!

These guys are the best! They just helped us sell our house and we could not be happier with the experience. In fact, this is our second time around with Terry and Deirdre. I am not sure where to begin, but to say that our experience with Deirdre, Terry and Shannon was life changing would be an understatement. Our family had outgrown our home in Highland Park, but we had been in that home for 26 years, so our heart was there.
