Our wine selection mirrors the bakery ethos of quality and integrity. We work with importers who support organic, biodynamic and innovative wine makers and farmers. Our house wines are Italian and excellent 'pizza slice' wines, but you will find an engaging array of bottles from Europe, Mexico and the USA.
The bakery offers a bright, beautiful environment for intimate wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, private functions, company meetings and everything in between. We stock a selection of organic and biodynamic wines, and a range of popular regional and international beers. Case prices are available as well as sales of single products.
Ham and Pepper-Jack Cheese on our Multigrain Bread with a Stone Ground Mustard & Mayonnaise Spread, Fresh Sliced Tomato and Green Leaf Lettuce. Oven Roast Turkey that we've diced and mixed with Fresh Tarragon, Mayonnaise and a splash of Fire Roasted Tomato Oil all on our sliced Sourdough with Fresh Tomato and Green Leaf Lettuce.

Husband I were in town for an anniversary getaway and tried this place, delicious pizza! They made a great latte too. Did not try anything sweet but the baked goods looked and smelled delicious. Walking distance from downtown.

Take and bake Pizzas are excellent. Haven't tried anything else. Just remember to allot time for defrosting it and heating the oven to 500.

Everything here is amazing. I am so glad the pizza is available at the grocery store since they are closed on weekends.

Bakery San Juan is an Island treasure. We order the Giovanni baguettes, which are outstanding as is, and even better toasted. When the now crusty, slightly blackened edges of long-wise sliced bread is splashed with olive oil and flakey salt you will praise higher powers. I've also enjoyed their chocolate croissant, and any of the pizza slices. My favorites are the mushroom, potato, and pepperoni (made in-house). Great local owners.

It smells SO good in here! Lots of options for take home pastries. Sadly no gluten-free or dairy-free options. We were hoping for a place to work, but dine-in was closed.

They do se great breads and pizzas and pastries. They make some really unique and delicious pizza!! However, their sandwiches don't have a whole lot of flavor; they're fine, I guess, but nothing special compared to other places in town. They use their own bread though, which is nice, but the fillings and flavors and variety aren't noteworthy.
We really love their breads and their cookies. And our favorite dessert they make is the Brown Butter Apple Tart. YUMMY!

Had the mini key lime pie which was fantastic. Perfect balance of tartness with sweetness, and delicious crust. The strawberry tart looked pretty but was kinda bland. However, I will be back to try the more savory bakery items they had!

Visiting Friday Harbor. Walked up here from the docks and I’m glad we did. The apple tart was amazing! I wish I had ordered 2! I’m doubtful that the peanut butter cookies will survive the boat ride back home to be shared with others! Guess they should have tagged along with us for the day 😉

Everything I have eaten here has been absolutely delicious. From the pizzas to the pastries to the cakes!

Visiting family for the week and came here on three separate occasions as my dad insisted it was the best pizza in San Juan ... it did not disappoint !

What an amazing find! The best cappuccino I've ever had!!! There is always a varied selection of pastries and cookies on display. The Pain au Chocolat and key lime pie are a must. Unfortunately, I couldn't try their dark chocolate mousse cake since it had to be sold as a whole. Hopefully, there'll be slices available next time.

Tried the cheese crescent. Flaky, with deep savory sweet! The most delicate and interesting pastry I’ve had in a long time.

This was a quick fix coffee stop. But it turned out to be a full fledged bakery haul. Their brownies deserve a special mention. We also tried the Pain au Chocolat and croissant. The cappuccino we got here was one of the best I've ever had. Cheers!

We stopped by here two days in a row. Pizza had delicious crust. Mushroom and the Primo were a touch sweet for my taste but everyone enjoyed it. The sausage was delicious. Perfect for a quick lunch before heading around the island. The next day, a cheese claw croissant and other pastries. Delicious! My only complaints are that we wanted to get some sandwiches to go to bring with us on our day trip around the island but they don't start making them until after 11am. And we were sad they were closed on Saturday and Sunday!

Uhm...yummy!!! I went here 3 times in 2 days. Each time left with something new. And 2 cinnamon rolls. Such a cool place seeing all the people cooking up just down right goodness for your soul. They even made me a chai that wasn't on the menu. They just winged it and boy did it workout. What ever they used, they should put that on the menu.

Parking: Private lot.

Pizza is served starting at 11 AM, but we wanted to get going on our hike so we got breakfast goodies around 10:40 AM and came back later for pizza at 2:00 PM. By 10:40 AM, they were already out of cheese claws, almond croissants, and ham and cheese croissants. The menu board is just a teaser of what could have been, so just focus on what's actually available inside the case. They forgot one of our items in the morning, but gave it to us when we returned in the afternoon. If you don't have plans to circle back, double check your order before leaving just in case

One thing I really appreciate about Bakery San Juan is that they have tape lines on the floor and signs all over about keeping social distance. They also have contactless payment and fiberglass dividers set up so we felt super safe visiting, even though they seem to stay very busy with people coming in and out to order. The ham and cheese croissant was one of the best I've ever had. My husband is a big sharer and I could tell he was being quiet because he wanted the croissant all to himself. Lol

I had the cheese claw, a take on a cream cheese danish that was flaky and decadent with a lemony
