Steve & Justin are fantastic! They took great car of my car and have gained a happy customer. They did exactly what needed to be done for half the price quoted from another shop. And when I had issues as a result of work being done elsewhere they were very helpful in getting my car over to the other shop to get the necessary repairs.

I really like that this place is local and close to my house. I had some work done in August and they seemed fair-priced and the turnaround time was quick.
Just took the same vehicle in for oil change/brakes and it ended up being more than brakes. I just now got the vehicle back (2 days which isn't bad) so I'm not sure how the work is, but the one thing I can say is my truck is a mess. Oil and dirty finger prints on the outside, dirt on the door handle inside and dirt/oil on the steering wheel. It also smells terrible inside so it would've been nice if they had cracked a window

I don't spend time writing reviews, but when service is this good, I must. I selected Cascade Park Automotive based on reviews and now I'm going to pay it forward. I do the majority of my Jeep's maintenance from fluid changes to brakes etc. The other morning it wouldn't start and not from a lack of battery power; it seemed like I had an electrical short. My car started to run a little rough one day then it eventually just died. It had low miles but was almost 30 years old. I took it to cascade and they were able to find the issue. Not only that, they kept me in the loop every time something came up. It was a little more than what I wanted to spend but well worth it. My car runs great and if I have any other issues I am sure to return to Cascade.

We had been to two different Nissan dealerships (one in Florida and Alan Webb Nissan here in Vancouver) and spent nearly $1000 trying to get our vehicle repaired to no avail. After reading a lot of reviews about auto repair shops in our area and making several inquiry calls we decided to bring our vehicle to Cascade Park Automotive. So glad we did! I called on Tuesday to set an appointment to have my daughter's car looked at before she goes back to college in Bellingham on Saturday. I explained the dashboard instrument light was out. I was told no problem and to bring it by Friday. When I brought it in on Friday, I started to get a story from Steve about how they didn't know what needed to be done, what was wrong, how to get to the light bulb, or basically anything. It would've been nice to know he had no clue what was going on on Tuesday, so I could go someplace else. I'm sure these people are competent and capable doing

Absolutely overwhelmed with gratitude. My Jeep was with another shop for 3 weeks that not only failed to listen to me, but fixed other things that were completely unrelated. I had a failing crank position sensor which would misfire at high speeds and stall. Extremely dangerous and terrifying. I called Cascade a week after getting my vehicle back from the other shop because it was still misfiring and stalling. The part was there the next day, and we were able to finish our trip. His price was reasonable, too. I highly recommend Cascade Park Automotive.

Steve is phenomenal. I called him to make an appointment to have my brakes done, and he warned me out front that the pads for my particular car are expensive. He quoted me a price, and I approved Once I dropped the car off, it was about an hour later than he called me and said the car didn't need brakes, Just a simple clean up maintenance. 50 bucks and I was out the door. Remarkable.

A good mechanic is hard enough to find, but to find an honest one, that takes some doing in my opinion. I am lucky that I found Steve at Cascade Park Automotive. His three bay shop can most jobs and his prices are very reasonable. His $32.95 oil change includes lots of little extras and you don't have to deal with the constant up-selling you get from Oil Can places.
