This was an unprofessional backwards experience. I started my claim with this company thinking I would be in good hands from a serious auto accident, but I was wrong. It took the lawyers forever to follow up, and I would get excuses every time we would speak. They initiated a plan for me to get the best care and the best insurance claim possible but that was not the case. I ended up paying the majority of my settlement in bills, from being instructed by the lawyers at this firm to attend several health professional classes which racked up thousands of dollars in medical bills, without any consideration
