My air conditioning went out Christmas Eve and it has not been fixed for four days. Hopefully the compressor will be replaced soon since the weather has been above 80 degrees during this warm winter. Not very happy!!!
UPDATE: Got a new AC today! Yay! Thank you to Christian for working so hard to get all the parts and installing the compressor today.!

I have officially lived at these apartments for 5 years now and absolutely love it. This is the most stress free apartment I have ever lived in. The office managers have always been quick to answer my emails and address any concerns. And the maintenance staff is quick and efficient. Love my apartment complex!

I came to view the property and ended up going with another place but Shelice was wonderful! We had a great conversation and she told me not to be scared to move from my hometown. She was a lovely gal!! Our conversation gave me alot of reassurance in my decision to move down to Texas! Thanks Sherice!

This is a good solid apartment complex to live at. The management had a recent turnover but the new staff is just as reliable and well versed. Even with the massive work load they have, they still get back to you and help as much as possible. Maintenance is great. Understand the site is an older site but is well maintained. Usual maladies that comes with older buildings. Walls are thick but ceilings/floors is thinner. Suggest being on the 2nd floor. Also, suggest not to be as close to volleyball area or pool if you need not a lot of noise before 10:30 pm. Grounds are nice and healthy. The other

Really hard to get a hold of. I tried to schedule an appointment on their website 3 times and it never worked. I called their office number a few times and they usually don’t answer. When I was able to speak with someone they said they weren’t sure what the issue with the online scheduling was but I scheduled an appointment over the phone. I tried to show up for the time of my appointment and nobody answered the door, I waited outside for at least 20 minutes. I also called the office 5 times while waiting, nobody answered. My family & I lived at the Palisades for a little over a year until we recently made our 1st home purchase. Im very happy we chose this apt complex to call home as we prepared for our next big steps. The location is near shopping centers, movie theater, grocery stores all within 5-7 min drive. The complex was kept clean and manicured and even included a small dog park (although we didnt own a dog). Neighborhood is friendly and overall it was a nice and quiet place to live. I lived at Palisades for a year, I absolutely loved my experience. The only reason I left was because I had to compromise with my fiancé! Amber in the front office is GREAT, very professional and easy to work with! The complex is small and quiet, all of my neighbors were highly considerate. It’s tucked into a neighborhood so lots of places to get out and walk around, and only a few minute drive to bob eden park.

I've been a resident at The Palisades for about 3 years now. The initial experience was horrible. I was emailed about my approval & had 24 hours to bring in the deposit or I'd have lost the apartment. I wasn't even called so I calles my son's dad in tears and asked him to drop it off because I was scheduled to go out of town & couldn't risk losing the unit. I was also blindsided at move in since I wasn't told what was owed so I guessed and found out then that there was an admin fee. Thankfully, Tipton took over and the improvements have been phenomenal. I have lived here over 4 years now and love the apartments. They are constantly making improvements to the complex and it's nice to see a company that cares about the small details. The office manager Amber is extremely friendly and personable. She has a very positive attitude which is a great change from before. The maintenance man Ivan is very fast and always friendly whenever you see him.

Me and my family are in between homes right now, we were looking for a quiet, reasonable, and safe place to stay in the GCISD school district. This apartment complex has been phenomenal, the staff is very friendly and the manager is on top of things. Anytime you need a maintenance request it is done within the next day, sometimes the same day. The grounds are very clean and all the neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Great location, great schools, great neighbors, and great staff! Can't ask for much more.

I absolutly love living here! When I was in the process of finding a place to live Ben was so incredibly helpful. Because of how patient he was with me and made sure to answer all of my questions and was so prompt is a huge reason as to why I picked this place to call home! Shannon is great as well and always very helpful and friendly along with their maintenance team! Everyone has made me feel so welcomed here. Also the neighbors are great! I've never had a single issue with anyone.
