Nick Davison's Real Estate Investment Program is very informative and provides tons of value. From the jump, you are given a one on one coach who is there to answer any questions you may have. I couldn't have asked for a better coach than James. James has always been there to answer any questions I may have and has helped guide me to getting my first deal under contract. Unprofessional, unlicensed workers doing the "remodel", evasive and non responsive, etc. etc. I could go on and on. I will just say that these are the most shady and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. We came in at full list price with 45 day escrow. They countered us at $15,000 more with 30 day escrow. They did a cross qualification and made us jump through a bunch of hoops and tried to blow up the deal even though we were already approved for the full amount and had a 20% down payment.
