Peak Fitness Performance Training is a multi-faceted training center for all ages and abilities, with a focus on fitness classes. We offer boot camp and strength based classes, 1 on 1 and small group personal training, online training as well as athletic performance training. We will also continue to offer online Zoom classes as well.
Per the Massachusetts Reopening Plan of phases 1, 2 and 3, we are running all classes while abiding by the CDC guidelines and safety protocols to keep our members and coaches safe. We are currently limiting class sizes and keeping a minimum of 10 feet of distance between members. All equipment is sanitized and disinfected in between classes to prevent the spread.

Peak has the highest level coaching staff in Central MA. Our trainers and coaches are athletic trainers, exercise physiologists, certified strength and conditioning specialists, and graduate specialists in the study of Human Movement and Performance. They have experience working with and training athletes of all sports, from elementary level to collegiate athletes.
Owned by physical therapists, our coaching staff includes Exercise Physiologists, Certified Personal Trainers with the most recognized certifications in the field, Lifestyle Coaches, Athletic Trainers, and graduate degree specialists in the field of Human Movement and Performance.
