I used to love this place because it had consistent food right around the corner from me, but my god have the just gotten worse and worse this past year. Used to be my go to wing spot until 3 out of my last 4 orders were disgraceful (one order had mutated wings where you could see more bone than chicken, how do you serve that). I understand theres a wing shortage but it is robbery to serve the smallest wings in Rochester for the highest price in Rochester. $18.50 for 10 tiny baby wings is a joke. At least put enough sauce on them, or remember to give me my side half the time. Went from favorite

Went here first time ever with some friends who said it was great....far from it..Been up all night with food poisoning, pretty sure the hamburgers where boiled, and the sauce was from sloppy joe in a can, everything on my plate looked and tasted like food from the dollar store tree freezer, im not blaming the cook, if there is one, or waitress, they just trying to do the best they can with what they have, but this was the worst food I ever ate for over $20 just a very small portion of the worst plate I have ever had, absolutely terrible and the drinks where flat, my friends food was just as terrible

I stopped by for a burger today while a buddy mine and I were out running errands. First of all, I would like to acknowledge Alicia, our server. She was very friendly, extremely helpful, she's definitely a professional bartender, Thanks Alicia. She is the reason I'm giving five stars. I had a Burger and nachos, everything was delicious! Well done Jeremiah's Tavern!

I went to Jeremiah's with a friend and my puppy for lunch. I stayed outside while my friend went inside to order food and drinks. The waitress told him we are not allowed to eat there because we had a puppy OUTSIDE!!! Can't tell you how the food is but can tell you this place hates cute furry animals

I was an avid Patron of Jeremiah's since 1983 but no more. We lived in Rochester for many years and I always loved the Catatonic wings but now they don't taste anything like they used to (way too wimpy/poorly cooked and hardly any hot sauce). I think they toned down the flavor and just got plain stingy with the hot sauce and the thimble sized blue cheese cup. The cost was crazy high, I cannot believe it cost $15.00 for ten not so great wings.
I'll bet I went to this Tavern well over 100 times in my life purely for the great wings and it was my date place with my girlfriend and

Heard so many good things about this place that we thought we would try it last Saturday evening. Wait staff were wonderful but the kitchen was slow in delivering our appetizers.
The quality of all the appetizers were sub-par, except for the one order of chicken wings. Everyone was disappointed and wished we went somewhere else. And my iced tea tasted moldy and the place looked like it needed some cleaning.
Unfortunately we will not return.

We got takeout on a Wednesday night. The food we got was good, but it was honestly not worth the money at all. I paid $15 for a cubano that was smaller than my (average-size) hand and came without pickles (a kind of gripe I would not usually make, but for $15...a cubano should have pickles). My boyfriend paid $15 for the schnitzel sandwich that was about the same size. Fortunately, the pineapple teriyaki wings we got were delicious, but weren’t enough to make up for the sandwiches.
Ultimately we won’t be coming back here, at least not on our own dime. Food was tasty but not worth it.

We were spending the weekend in Rochester and I figured that because we are close to Buffalo, this would be a good place to get wings. We heard that Jeremiah's tavern had the best wings in town. I would have to agree with that. I love Buffalo wings and have had them in many different restaurants throughout the northeast. These wings were at least as good as anything I've had and probably the best. The sauce was fantastic and the wings were done just right, nice and crisp. The atmosphere was great, very old-time taverny. I've never been to Buffalo, but if you're in Rochester this is the place to

I have tried this restaurant three times and it still falls short. Service is spotty, sometimes you get a nice greeting, other times it's impossible to get service. The food has been too cold, too greasy, and one time served to a toddler scalding hot. Beer selection is good. Bartender service is usually okay.
There is a faint odor like a wet cleaning rag used to wipe down tables that isn't clean.
There are two dart machines, but it is not a real "game bar" atmosphere.
