Honestly the pizza wasn’t that great. The sauce they use is bland. I do agree with other reviewers that the pizza sauce is not good and it tastes like it comes from a can. I give the pizza itself 2 stars out of 5, but because of the great customer service I’ve received I bumped it up to 3/5 stars.

My family and I love Galleria Pizza. My father, Dan, always makes sure I say hi to Tony when I go there! Tony has seen my family for YEARS, so it feels like family there. Anyways, the food is delicious! Incredible pizza concoctions, try their chicken french special pizza! Or maybe chicken parm! Vast variety of options to choose from with some baked goods available as well. We will always give our business here!

Stopped in for a quick light and cheap lunch---none of the slices seemed too appealing (too much meat), so I had a spinach bread. It was under a heat lamp and then put in the oven, so that puts a limit on its freshness and texture, but the dough flavor was exceptional. And for $4 it was definitely satisfying and respectable quality.

Very friendly and willing to suggest things to the customers! I really enjoyed there hospitality. They let you know when your food was about to come out! The food is good quality!Good pizza ! We had it delivered. The driver was not familiar with downtown and was very unprofessional. Luckily the food made up for his bad behavior

My friend and I come here so often, the waitress has started memorizing our order. The beef special pho is actually my favorite food. I can eat it for every meal and never get tired of it. Had their spring rolls before and they are amazing as well (both the fresh and fried). If you haven't tried this place I very highly recommend it.

The service is amazing and the food may even be better than that...hard to say. My wife and her coworkers will run over here on lunch in there rotation on places to grab a quick bite since they work in the federal building. The food and service was always excellen they would say, so I checked it out. I had a specialty pizza slice and a side and was AMAZED! It's hard to describe the magic in the pizza slice, just try it yourself!

I love stopping in here for a quick bite when working at my Rochester office. Service is friendly and quick. The food is excellent. In addition to pizza they have a wide variety of subs, sandwiches, dinners and wraps. Check out the specials board when you come in, there are many choices including some healthier options such as grilled chicken wraps.

After living here for a while and walking around downtown, Galleria is a place that I've been curious about. This week provided the perfect opportunity for it. Their hours are not catered toward "late night" food at all (my typical pizza go-to). Clearly most of their crowd is the lunch and early dinner crowd. This week, we had people in town before an event at the Blue Cross Arena and needed a place to get food for eight (including kids) that was walkable and would not take too long. Came in on a Thurs. about a half hour prior to closing time. Although I was the only one there the staff were friendly and I felt welcome. I order the 12" Buffalo Chicken Finger hot sub.
This sub is the real deal. Big a$$ homemade battered fried chicken breasts with a delicious buffalo sauce. The tenders were crisp and delicious. The bread was soft and toasted perfectly. Blue cheese dressing lined the sub alongside lettuce and tomato.
This sandwich is HUGE and has some real weight to it, but I had no problem getting it all down. So delicious! I will definitely be back to try something else

There was no line so I was able to order what I wanted as soon as I figured out what it was that I did want.

My husband and I are in Rochester on business. Needed lunch and checked Yelp for a good wing spot. On reviews, we came here. GREAT decision!
The wings and homemade sauce are outstanding!
My hubby also had the turkey chili and the flavor was incredible.
The owner took our order and was probably one of the most gracious business owners I've ever met. That is the great design of business and this place has it.
Place was clean... even the cubby where forks are kept is cleaned out. These things matter.

My review is based exclusively on their wings. They are straight up are amazing and I crave them all the time. They have a very unique homemade recipe for their sauce and their wings are cooked perfectly 99% of the time...which for me is well done and very crispy. The owner, Tony, is a very nice guy and one time even gave me a bucket of his sauce for a camping trip I had. I asked for the recipe but he wouldn't give it to me and gave me the sauce instead. Can you blame him though??
I've never had their pizza so I can't speak to that unfortunately... but definitely go there
