Late policy: Late arrivals are disruptive to class: Students will not be granted entrance regardless of the circumstances. If you need to leave early please advice your instructor at the beginning of class. Find all the information you need here to prepare you for a rewarding practice and an experience that will change your life.
The heat warms the muscles making them more elastic and allowing for greater flexibility with less chance of injury. Promotes sweating, which flushes toxins from the body using the body's largest elimination organ, the skin. Heat dilates capillaries, which allows more oxygen to muscles, tissues, glands and organs-promoting the removal of waste.
These rules of good yoga etiquette will help you and the people around you feel comfortable in the yoga room. They are based on common sense and courtesy, but deal with some issues that are specific to yoga classes and studios. Please have clean feet and be perfume/cologne free (these smells amplify when in the heat!).

A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is done in the safe environment of a heated room which promotes deep stretching without risk of injury. The postures create a complete workout, including cardio, without pounding the spinal column or other joints of the body.

By the end of class you will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, internal organ and gland while systematically delivering oxygenated blood to 100% of your body.This class has a second set of a few more postures, and incorporates more Savasanas to allow for relaxation and rejuvenation between postures.

Highly recommended!!! A few days ago I had the pleasure of attending the “Piyo” class taught by Carolyn and this was amazing!!! I walked in with a aches/pain on my right upper thigh due to a previous injuries a few years ago that suddenly decided to recently surface. During this class, I noticed I began slowly receiving relief on my upper thigh and surprisingly by the end of the class the pain began significantly reducing which was awesome - special thanks to Carolyn. Carolyn does a great job communicating and directing the class at such a pace that helps relieves my muscle pains throughout

I have been calling the studio for the past two weeks during different times but nobody ever picked up. The message box is full so I couldn’t leave a voicemail. I emailed the studio last week but I didn’t get a response.
I still have some class passes I purchased before the pandemic started. I am just wondering if they are still good because I just realized there is an expiration date.

I have only been going for two days - they are closed for the 4th - but I am trying the 30 for $30 and will hopefully go every day. Rosemary is a very good teacher and doesn't try and force you to do anything you honestly cannot. I hope to "get it" completely one of these days but until then, I'll do my best and I am grateful there is no judging. ;-)

I like that it doesn't matter what condition you are in (experienced or inexperienced, fit, overweight, injuries, young or old) you are accepted and you WILL get a great workout wherever you are in your fitness journey. I also like that every instructor brings something different to each class.

It was my first time at Afterglow. The studio was clean and orderly. The entire staff was friendly, and the instructor Sheila leading hot buti yoga that evening knew her stuff, and I truly enjoyed her class. If you get a chance, pop in to Sheila’s next class on Sat. 3/21 at 6:00 PM.

I just started coming here a month ago and I absolutely love it! Tony is by far my favorite instructor. He is so passionate about Yoga and pushes you to do better.

Afterglow hot yoga has been life changing for me. Before I started going I could not even sleep on my right side. If you have chronic pain I highly recommend hot yoga!

The front desk staff is always friendly and professional. I’m not the best at Yoga but the instructors make you feel welcomed and empowered. I always feel encouraged to do and try more.

I have attended classes all week with different instructors. I love that each class is so different. I love that it's ok to drink water and leave if you must. The temperature is perfect...the music is great and the instructors are pretty awesome!
