Beautiful location! We picked this place sight-unseen when we moved to Colorado. Raven was so patient and helpful, she took so much time to answer all of our questions. She made us feel so comfortable to pick the Westerly as our new home. Our apartment was clean and we hardly ever hear the neighbors. Landscaping could use a little love, but overall we're super happy to be here.

Clara went above and beyond in my process! Coming from out of state, I was here to look for places and was given a great option that popped up immediately. Clara and Raven both teamed up to get everything moving forward and Boom. I'm in an awesome location and comfortable and relaxed. Thank you both for all your efforts and assistance!

Looked at so many apartments and continued to come back to this community. Clara and the rest of her team really went above and beyond to make us feel like we were coming home rather than a move.
Enough so, I’m writing my first review. Highly recommend, don’t bother looking anywhere else. You won’t find this kind of welcome.

I feel lucky that I was able to get in when I did, this seems to be a very desirable place to live with the views, parks and trails right around the corner. Things were a little chaotic at first having a deadline to meet to get moved in but Raven and Hannah did everything they could to make sure that deadline was met! There was minor lease information that had been brought to my attention later on that could have been discussed before move in. Just could have been more informative as to what the lease states. This is a great place to live! minus the neighbors...

Not sure how this community is rated at a 3.8? That is ridiculous. For the customer service I have recieved this should be far better. Ashlee, Raven, and Clara in the office are a PHENOMENAL team. These guys care a ton about their residents. They put in hard work to put on quality resident events, give you a friendly smile, and just want to see these apartments full. This office staff not only cares about getting their difficult job completed as well as possible, but follow Fair Housing laws to the tee and genuinely want to make their residents lives better. Hello! My fiancé and I have lived at westerly for over a year and resigned our lease in June. We have absolutely loved it here. The apartments are nice the air conditioner/heater is perfection. The parking could be better but as long as you don’t expect front row parking you will have no trouble finding one. It’s also extremely quiet here we have only heard our neighbors through the walls a handful of times. However, we have been told by neighbors that you can hear the footsteps of upstairs neighbors but we haven’t experienced that because we live on the top floor. In addition to everything

I currently live here and it’s been the best choice of living I have ever made. Moving from another apartment complex that seemed to be elite at the time has no where near the attention to detail like the Westerly. The maintenance here are always on top of every situation and can really be counted on. Ryan Greska of the maintenance crew is an outstanding worker and gentleman! Ryan overlooks maintenance and always takes care of problems in a timely manner. Clara working the front desk was not only able to get our application processed in a few days but also has worked above and beyond her job

We have lived here since last August and decided to downsize to a one bedroom to save a little bit more each month. Clara from the office has been amazing, supporting, and fast to help with whatever questions or information we need! Highly recommend the complex for not only the apartments themselves, but for the views, community, and the office staff as well!

Clara was super helpful to my wife and I after the pandemic left us struggling. She was kind and checked in on us, and was very responsive in every way, email and phone! We loved westerly and would absolutely recommend it again, the apartments are beautiful and we had wonderful easygoing neighbors all around! The view is to die for and the pool area is great, although a little busy but they enacted a policy that has curbed that. 10/10!

I recently moved into Westerly apartments and my whole experience has been amazing. The office team and maintenance are very helpful and responsive. They are very welcoming and gave me and my puppy a gift bag full of goodies!
I have had some bad experiences with other apartment communities but I can definitely say Westerly is the best place I have lived and made me feel right at home. There communication and response time is excellent and I’m so glad I made the move.
If you are looking for a beautiful community and an awesome team, I would definitely encourage anyone to live here!
