Centrally located in Conroe, Texas, the County seat of Montgomery County, we are convenient to our patients who travel from Spring to Huntsville, Cleveland to Magnolia.

My name is Mary - I have been Dr. Fullerton's treatment coordinator since 2009, although I have been in dentistry for 29 years. I am so blessed to be a part of helping our patients to make the decision to journey toward a beautiful smile. I live by the lake and enjoy outdoor activities. I have a grown son and three awesome grandchildren.
We are conveniently located in Conroe, Texas. Our office is directly behind Primrose School off of Longmire Road, and across from Elite Salon. From the initial phone call I was very heartened. The Staff were ultra pleasant and sincere. You could feel that the office was a place where the employees felt at home and comfortable which in turn means they treat the patients like family.

Today's digital radiographs provide a much clearer view of the jaws and surrounding structures at a fraction of the radiation exposure used by conventional X-Rays. Dr. Fullerton has been extensively trained in cephalometry and uses a state of the art tracing program to evaluates all patients.
This analysis allows Dr. Fullerton to evaluate growth, skeletal positions of the jaws, and positions of the teeth to determine the most predicable treatment outcomes.Dr. Fullerton uses the latest 3D imaging of study models available. The traditional plaster models have now been replaced with these new digital models.

Dr Fullerton (Bubba) is a wonderful kind family man who gives back to our community in a great deal. FULLERTON Orthodontics has a friendly staff & truly know what they are doing! He's never turned down a opportunity to support my children & their sport teams etc. My daughter recently got her braces off & we are pleased to see her beautiful smile. Dr. Fullerton and his staff are awesome. He straightened my daughters teeth 10 years ago. Beautiful job. My bottom teeth began shifting a couple of years ago. Always having straight teeth, I decided to have Dr. Fullerton fix mine too. It took only 8 months from start to finish. My teeth are perfectly straight again. Would recommend him to anyone! He does great work!

Love, love coming to Dr. Fullerton's office. After searching more than several different orthodontists we are working with Dr. Fullerton and his staff. They are so professional, friendly, nice, and very honest with treatment plans. Dr. Fullerton actually advised us to wait nine months or more before putting braces on my son, which was different from the large, large dollar amount quotes I received from other providers in the area for my son. It is a real inconvenience that he does not see patients on Friday or keep any available appointments for emergencies.. When a bracket breaks and metal is cutting into your mouth they expect you to cut wires yourself. Other than this he has been great.
Since dr. Fullerton was made aware of these issues he is working on making sure this doesn't happen again.

Amazing doctor and staff. Dr. Fullerton and Heather were always incredibly kind and professional. They were patient and encouraging to my daughter with Autism. She enjoyed going to the orthodontist and seeing everyone. It was very impressive how all the staff knew her name and would talk to her at her appointments. I have never met a more compassionate group of medical professionals. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Her teeth look amazing!!!
