We've been here 7 months. This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment complex, full of beautiful wildlife with carefully tended grounds. There are white Pelicans, Great Blue Heron, Egrets, Wood Storks, Anhingas, Tortoises and Turtles to name a few. We love living here for many reasons. It is quiet, the apartments are laid out well with a unique walking path around the lake, a clean and welcoming clubhouse and pool, caring neighbors...and a fantastic professional staff who are organized, attentive, and friendly. Because Bob is an exemplary high quality Maintenance Management supervisor, it is easy to rely upon the professional expertise that Bob Ramey provides for my apartment’s maintenance and repairs. Northland has simply excelled in staffing, as evidenced by their extolling Mr. Ramey’s employment, (whose shoes would be exceedingly large shoes to have to refill) hopefully as much as the hundreds of their well-serviced residents do.

Bay Breeze has been an outstanding place to live. I always feel like I get personalized attention from the office staff. Jacques and Tammy are attentive to your needs and well versed at listening to extended drama lol. I also appreciate that they hold deliveries. It seems like they are always there. The grounds are well cared for and the maintenance crew is quick to respond and friendly even if they are overworked and undermanned. I have never seen anyone work harder than curly Bob. He is always running around and should probably be getting paid as two people--or cloned.

This was one of 3 places that I called very earlier one morning. The other two did not get back to me until the end of the day. And I’m glad they didn’t. Tammy responded quickly. And was very friendly. I told her what I was looking for, and she was amazing to work with. Moving is stressful. And she made it much better. Very nice/up front. And extremely professional. Customer service is very important to me. And she was amazing. And she’s even nicer in person. Very happy.

The front office is very friends and caring towards its tenants. Never once have I had an unpleasant experience.
The neighborhood as a whole is very quiet and there’s a tremendous sense of community and belonging. Stop by the pool and see how many people are excited to meet someone new!
The facilities are outstanding and well maintained.
Long story short , if you’re looking to move in...BOOK IT!

Jacques and Tammy were the most professional and courteous of any apartment home management team that I’ve ever encountered. From the very start Jacques accommodated us in every way with our apartment needs. He insured us a unit in a timely manner and made sure it was up to par on our arrival. Even when there was an issue involving the laying down of the carpet, Jacques accommodated us by going beyond what would be professional.
