Location, amenities and staff are all the best!
I was privileged to spend a little time here recently and I have to say that this is one of the nicest apartment communities I’ve seen. It’s location makes it convenient to get the necessities of life quickly and with little road travel. Their pool area is inviting and comfortable. I attended a resident event in the club house and met super nice folks.
The manager knows how to take care of customers. The assistant manager is attentive to the needs of residents and prospective residents. The maintenance staff is top-notch and quick to respond

Customer Service here is horrible. No one is ever in the office, no one answers the phones. I’ve sent emails and no one ever responds to my emails. I just feel like I’m being ignored and I’m wasting my money living here! They shut the office and amenities down and didn’t notify anyone until 2 days later. I can’t wait until my lease is up. If I could give 0 stars I would. Before I even moved in I had to contact corporate in order for someone to communicate with me.
