We stopped in while on a tripe to the dunes to ride our quads, after the first night it was so convenient we stayed 2 more nights. Its 2 miles to the South Jetty stagging area, 26 miles to Winchester, half a block from the Yamaha shop, and great food across the street at Hulilau's highly recommend. The rooms are clean, inexpensive, and all the people there are very nice.

I was in Florence specifically for the Circles in the Sand art event held on Saturday, October 16th, 2021, behind the Driftwood Shores Hotel & Conference Center. This was my first time as a guest for my 2-night stay at the Old Town Inn and I was very pleased. Check-in was quick. The staff members were very accommodating and kind. The room was clean, very spacious, and had all of the extra amenities needed. Beds were most comfortable and with room- darkening curtains which kept out all light, sleeping was easy and delightful. And even though the inn is located right off the highway, the room was

We liked the location, the staff was friendly. The only reason we can’t give this place 5 stars that they charged our card extra $25. We contacted the staff and they said we took a pillow with us but we did not. Of course, we knew that if anything was missing in the room would cost us extra charge. Why would we take a pillow home? especially there was nothing special about the pillow, just a basic one LOL. It sounded fishy when we called the staff. Again, we didn’t take the pillow with us. This is our first time we experienced something like this as we have been traveling a lot. Oh well, we

The Old Town Inn is located right next to the Siuslaw Bridge and walking distance from Old Town Florence. Unfortunately, there didn't appear to be any rooms that provided a great view of the bridge or river. In spite of what appears in Google Maps, there was no complimentary breakfast provided (just a few pots of coffee) and no air conditioning. I saw a heater thermostat in my room, but nothing for cool air. Luckily, the weather cooled off shortly after I arrived, so the AC wasn't needed. My room was clean, but I did find a few ants in the bathroom for some reason. The staff was friendly and my

Very neat, clean and quiet motel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great and has several good restaurants within a short walk. It is a little dated and showing its age, the only reason for the 4. Star review. We came here on our camping trip to have access to their wifi as my wife needed to be on a Zoom meeting. The signal is strong. We would stay here again.

Pleasant stay here. I scheduled a quick trip to play some golf and thought I'd stay one night in Florence.
Old Town Inn kept appearing in my Google search. I went to website, direct and they suggested I phone in to get an even better rate. I saved $15 by calling in. Rate $146 (incl. tax) -
Found hotel easily off 101, finding the turn in to park came up a little quick, so had to turn around. There was plenty of parking and I was greeted by Kelly, who remembered my phone call.
I requested a couple extra coffee packets and Kelly easily handed me a two. I noticed a couple hard working

Classic cute place to stay. No air conditioning, but you don't need it. Second floor room, so we left the door open, ocean breeze cooled everything down till we went to bed (kids thought that was amazing). Front desk girl was super nice. Room was clean. Liked this place a lot. My family would definitely stay here again!

Received a very warm welcome from Jeffrey at the front desk. Having been on the road for a couple weeks, Old Town Inn was willing to allow us to do laundry at their sister property down the street. Who does that?!
Clean and comfortable room with plenty of hot water for a Hollywood shower. Conveniently located near old town (walking distance).
Would not hesitate to recommend either Old Town Inn or their sister property River House Inn as it's apparent they know a thing or two about customer service.

Great price, great location, great staff, and a great room. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room appeared recently remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. There was lots of space in the room and the chair and ottoman were a nice addition! The only thing that wasn't my favorite were the very fluffy pillows (and to be honest, I didn't call down to the desk to see if we could switch them so it's likely my own fault). Everything else was much better than we expected!

Website stated pet friendly, which they have now removed. The desk help (young man with long blond hair) is very unprofessional, waited almost 30 minutes why he told the woman if front of me his life story about missing fishing in Virginia, and on and on. She was not interested, just wanted a room like I did and the two people behind me. We all left based on his inability to do his job in a timely manner. When people travel, they don't want to hear about your life, just a clean room to get rest. This individual knows nothing about professional and timely customer service.

Stayed for one night after a long drive, was looking forward to a good night of rest, it was late and most of the other motels was closed or booked, the reviews looked like this would be a good place for the money, I should have moved on after receiving a poor experience with the front desk, I thought maybe he had a bad day. I was tiered and wanted to call it a night, no such luck, after entering this room, I had to remove several spiders, not a big deal until I pulled back the sheets on my bed a seen long black hairs. It was now after 9pm and I didn't want to search for another place at

Stayed one night on our way down the Oregon Coast. Wonderfully friendly staff. Clean, updated rooms. Stepping into the room, we found a nice hand written welcome note from cleaning staff. You can definitely see and feel the management's attentiveness toward their customers. The location is a bonus too. Right on the 101, the inn is a only a few minutes walk from Florence's Old Town neighborhood. You can take a quick stroll down to get some fresh roasted coffee and enjoy it right by the estuary.

Pros:
- comfortable bed
- clean
- eco friendly, via laminating in-room cards and using soap/shampoo dispensers
- supports local, via Boyd's coffee in room (so good!)
- conveniently located
- relatively quiet
Cons:
- highway view
- water pressure isn't strong
EDIT: In response to the company comment, eco-friendly aerator shower heads can maximize the available shower pressure! If the ones you are using make it worse, sounds like you know what needs to be addressed to make it a pro.

5 stars does not even explain how amazing this place is espically Christine in the office. She went above and beyond for my family the day befor the eclips. my mom and cars broke down so my dad and boyfriend and I had to drive to oregon from California to help then and we needed a hotel because they were staying in their car all night. We needed a room asap and she got us in 5 hours earlier than the check in time. Highly recommended to anyone that comes to florence.

I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if able. It does the trick but 4 may be a bit much.
Everyone there was friendly and hard working.
Our room was fine. The bed was nice and the bathroom had a decent shower, size, etc.
We were upstairs in the corner so it wasn't noisy for us but I can see how it would be for others.
It's a block away from shops and restaurants and the beach.
We loved Florence and liked the hotel. Because of their rates we'd stay here again.

We were in need of a room on NYE and were completely unfamiliar with the area. What is one to do? Tripadvisor to the rescue. This place came up being the highest rated in the town and had several positive review. Booked!
Lucky we did book, just a few hours earlier because by the time we got there, there weren't any other vacancies. The concierge was very friendly and offered up lots of suggestions for a night on the town. They were all just what we were looking for. On top of that, there were fresh cookies at the desk.

And to think we almost stayed in Coos Bay! We found this cute place on tripadvisor while driving up the coast yesterday and it was a great find. The clerk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. She gave us a great dinner recommendation too. Our room is very retro but retro in a good way, it's been at some point remodeled. Plenty of lighting, fridge, microwave, wifi, very clean bed linens, and comfortable beds. It's a short walk down the hill from Old Town. Make sure you have dinner at Waterfront Depot on Bay St. The continental breakfast consists of locally made donuts, coffee
