Came for brunch today. Ordered the shrimp and grits. The grits were bland with no flavor. Manager would not let me send them back and order something else. Won't be back.

Yeah not a fan of the food or the service at all won't be back.my food came out cold sent it back all they did was pop it in microwave now I have hard French toast.

Slow service and bad food. my avocado toast had avocado spread on it like it was mayo, and the fish was clearly not fried fresh even though we came at 11:30. drinks and music were good though, which is the only reason this place isn’t one star. though the music was way too loud

Breia was a great sever she made sure we were always good besides that there food is really good and gets you full

Highly disappointed. Took 20 mins for drink orders to be taken, so we decided to go ahead and place our food orders as well. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of the food not coming, i decided to leave and just hit the fast food. I heard the food was really good which led me to trying it out, and being black owned was a very big plus for me. But at some point we have to stop accepting subpar service from our own. I've never been in an establishment where after sitting for almost 2 hours I still haven't eaten anything. Not to mention i had to beg the waitress to come over to get drink refills

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Terrible service! The server cannot remember what you ordered…it cannot be that hard to write it down. Friends waited for (Hennessy) drinks…at the same table for an hour and 15min. It took the bartender 3 tries….It took over an hour to get food even with a reservation. YOU CANNOT DISLIKE THE FOOD OR DRINK, THEY WILL NOT TAKE IT BACK.
Awful catfish and grits with no taste, which was served warm. The mac and cheese was edible only followed by the pasta what required extra sauce, salt and pepper.
Most of our table did not finish the meal.

This is a very good brunch. Everything cooked exactly how it should be and enough variety to please everyone but not overwhelming. I'm actually salivating right now reminiscing on the red velvet waffle - and I typically dont even like red velvet.

I texted to make a reservation - seamless. We were seated within 5 minutes.

The waitress was friendly and helpful - when she showed up. I assume due to staffing issues related to covid she had many tables but it would have been nice to see her once or twice after the food arrived.

The shrimp and grits was so watery it looked like porridge. They have a separate priced menu. We waited an hour and a half for our food. Was not even offered water. Don’t even think about sending anything back. It’s eat the dog food and pay. Would never ever ever go back. Even after a $200 bill. Look at the pic do you see any shrimp?

Decided to give this place a shot since the brunch place we wanted across the street was going to be over an hour wait. This was the most disappointing money I have ever wasted on food. My first clue should've been when the service person tells me that all food is non-returnable. My Diet Coke had absolutely no syrup I told them that their machine was out syrup brought me back another one still tasted horrible. But the biggest disappointment was the food. The French toast was pretty much like any French toast you could just make it home and the grits were so salty I thought I needed a blood

I was actually very excited to check this spot out based on the google reviews and their Instagram page but clearly I misjudged. Let's start out with parking - prior to arriving they state they have a parking lot behind their building but never state that there's cost associated - $10.

Once you're seated the menu calls out a set of "rules" - I've never been to a restaurant with rules but ok. One of the most off putting rules is "all sales final" which I think is odd for a restaurant bc what is the food truly isn't up to par?

Only 4 stars because the night we came in they were a bit unorganized but the food, drinks, hooka, and music made up for it. The Brussels sprouts were so damn good. Like what?!? lol idk what the pasta js called but it was fire too.

I had a Wonderful experience at The Hive here in Buckhead. Mike was a excellent server. He concerned about our every need. I had the catfish & grits, which was Delicious. My first time visiting but it will not be my last! Great job & Hats Off to The Chef!

So I have to give this black owned business a 0/5. After not being told the correct price for mimosas. Ordered a single serving. The mimosa came in a plastic cup. We ordered the honey biscuits. The were dust dry so a second order was put in. As entree, we ordered shrimp and grits and catfish and grits. The grits were BURNT! Bottom of the pot. We literally had half of a spoon. Spoke to the manager and the owner. Refused to remove from bill. Called the police instead of comp'ing 32 for the satisfaction of the customer. Went as far was calling the police, even after we offered to pay for the mimosas

Food was pretty good. Not fully impressed however, there Is NO return on food so if your not satisfied do not expect a refund. Also they add your tip with you meal. Which I feel you are jipping your waitress out of better tips. Music was pretty nice they have a "private" section which the music trumps the R&B music. Probably would not return.
