That's our mantra at Dragon Bowl and it pervades every part of our business from the food we serve to how we interact with the community. Our goal is simple: to serve you delicious Asian-inspired bowls. But simple does not always mean easy. Every day, we cut cases of raw vegetables, hand-mix our rice grain blend, create our house-made.
We like to serve locally grown and seasonal ingredients so our menu will reflect the season. We also like daily specials because they give our chef the opportunity to flex his creative muscles and stretch the boundaries. of what a Dragon Bowl can be. We made a bold decision and chose not to offer fountain drinks.

With the roll out of the vaccine, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, but with Emory still online, we don't anticipate things improving in Emory Village until August. Please consider ordering take-out from us soon. We promise to serve you delicious, healthy food in a safe, clean and friendly environment.

This was our first time visiting. My wife wanted to try this place. She got a teriyaki chicken rice bowl and shrimp spring rolls. She shared with me. I do feel that the food was excellent quality and freshly prepared. The spring rolls were delicious. The rice bowl was great in my opinion, because it wasn't loaded with the typical, overly sweet, teriyaki sauce that most places have. My wife was expecting the super sweet stuff so she was like "meh."

Nope! Our office got take out from here. NO ONE liked their food. No sauce anything, basically 2/3 of our bowls were rice and lettuce with dry chicken.
Would not recommend and will NOT order from here again. Not worth the money that I just threw away. I was hoping the fortune cookie would at least have some flavor but nope even that could save it.

Dragon Bowl is your Asian chipotle...but more expensive.
Dragon bowl is such a comfort food for me. They make fresh veggies daily, so they rotate on what they have available on a daily basis. They have ramen, vermicelli, rice, salad, etc. i honestly loooveeee it!!
I usually opt for the ramen, but I have to reccomend going hard on the sauce to really get the flavor. Also, the Brussels sprouts are DELICIOUS!!! Crispy and well-seasoned. The Kimchi is ok...a little too unlike typical kimchi.
Don't expect an authentic Asian meal, but it does hit the spot!

Probably one of the most white-washed "asian cuisine" restaurants I've ever been to. To start with Ramen, dumplings, a drink, and a small tip on a to go order came out to be $25. Got back to work and went to eat the ramen, did they give me chopsticks and/or a spoon? Oh no...they gave me a fork! The dumplings were decent, hard to mess up those, but the ramen had very little flavor to it. The strongest flavor in the ramen is the pickles they garnish it with. 2 stars because it technically was an edible meal, but I will not be coming back here anytime soon.

Chicken was super dry. Dumplings were flavorless. I can't tell if the dragon rice is brown rice but it definitely taste flavorless like brown rice. The Brussels sprouts in my bowl were the saving grace. Also, the amount of rice given in the bowl is literally half the amount of chicken. I'd rather have more rice and less chicken.

Came to Emory University for orientation with my son and we had lunch here. Great selection, different styles of noodles, and sauces. Had the crispy pork belly, raman, deep fried brussel sprouts, and vietnamese sauce. It was great!
My son the ramen soup with grilled chicken and he loved it! Don't miss passing by here when on tour with your kids, you know they're going to be here all the time!

Ordered my Mom the Garden Bowl with Chicken, and added brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. When she has appointments at Emory, this is her go to meal.
So, I ordered on-line, in my name and due to this pandemic, they only have to go orders. They send you an email thru Chow Now to confirm and to notify you when you can pick it up. They have your food on a table at the front door. It is in a brown paper bag with your name on it. You cannot go inside any further. I asked for plastic ware, but was told they didnt have any. Not they were out but didn't have any...

Dragon Bowl is a bit like Chipotle with an Asian theme. You can make your own bowl - pick your protein, veggies, and base (noodles, rice, etc). At the table, they have sauces from a variety of Asian cuisines (korean bbq, sweet and sour, teriyaki, satay peanut, nuoc cham). Assuming you eat there, you can try them all. You can also try one of their signature or special bowls if you don't want to build your own.
Dragon Bowl probably won't blow your mind but it's a good place to eat healthy, affordable, and fresh food.

We all known Atlanta has HORRIBLE CHINESE RESTAURANTS, HOLE IN THE WALL OR OTHERWISE...
The most blandest, smallest bowl I've ever had in my life. Took forty minutes for them to oversteam veggies for a bowl with ZERO flavor. Had I not watched the kitchen in action you couldn't have convinced me it wasn't nuked in the microwave - it was THAT type of texture. Even with their weak sauce, it tasted like over microwaved water.
For twelve bucks I could have done so much better on Buford Highway with real Asian. I don't understand being that close to the college why it's

Located in Emory Village, this is a great spot if you are looking for a tasty but healthy and affordable meal. The vibe is very relaxing, which is great after a long day of school or work. Their menu features rice, noodle, and salad based dishes, with your choice of meats, veggies and sauces. I ordered one of their daily specials, the sweet and sour grilled chicken with broccoli and brown rice, which was right under $12. I wasnt a fan of the brown rice, so I will have to come back and try a similar dish with a noodle base instead. The service was amazing-- very friendly and very quick!

Decent food, good location. Free parking and good ambience. There are a handful of options for plates but not many. The food was ok, kind of overpriced for what you get. Sauces were pretty good and there are free fortune cookies. I'd visit again if I read in the area but wouldn't necessarily recommend.

It's a good place for a quick catch up meal with a friend, but I've experienced better. There are so many better places in Emory Village have a better ambience and food of better quality. I ordered ramen with broccoli and fresh vegetables, but I could make this dish at home, for much cheaper price. One of the few perks are the various type of sauces you can try... but again would not recommend when really great Asian food is across the street (Wagaya).
This type of place is a serve yourself, where you pay for your meal at the front, take your own silverware and drink, but the meal gets

I need to break down this 4 star rating, because it's really an average of highs and lows, that I will subrate below;
5 ⭐'s for customer service. Let me highlight Hasaan, the guy working the counter. Real friendly guy, took the time to explain the menu, make suggestions and even brought our food out. We aren't local, so we had a good talk and though we took Hasaan from his job for a bit, he was the best part of the Dragon Bowl experience.
3.5⭐'s on the location as it has outdoor seating, decent parking lot and nice decor. I found the bathrooms dirtier than I stood for in my restaurant and
