Campagnolo
A casual Italian restaurant with a welcoming interior, Campagnolo Restaurant + Bar is conveniently located in Midtown Atlanta near the intersection of Piedmont Avenue and 10th Street. Meaning "peasant" in Italian, Campagnolo features a rustic menu that draws influences from all parts of Italy and its Mediterranean neighbors.

The delicious fare is complemented by a cocktail menu of Old World specialties and an outstanding wine selection. With an intimate interior and a warm bar, Campagnolo is also home to one of Midtown's most thriving patios and an ideal spot for people watching. We're open dinner seven nights a week and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

When my friends lived down the street, they were here at least once a month. They moved away, and we went back after going to the High to see the Obama Portraits, and it made us feel like we were home.

This review is from January of 2022. Know that you must show your COVID vaccination card to enter! I love this about them and wish more restaurants required it.

I am on Keto now, so I had the Caesar salad and mussels. The Caesar salad is so good. Their dressing is oh so yummy, and I like that you get so much crispy lettuce. My friends shared one, but I ate every bite of mine all by myself.

Been a regular for a brunch here. The service is excellent and the drinks are good! Love me some of the French Toast. Also, I appreciate how they go out of their way to try and protect their patrons. Please note proof of vaccination is required for dining.

Upon walking in we were told we needed vaccination cards to prove we are vaccinated. Thankfully we had some vaccine cards on us, however, this isn’t NYC and it isn’t mandated in Atlanta and shouldn’t be a practice.
Other than a few patrons at the bar, the restaurant was empty on a Friday night. This was a little concerning, but I am sure that having a Vax Card is a big reason for this. Once we were sat, we ordered the Beef and Pork meatballs as an appetizer served over creamy polenta. Note to the chef, if you can’t cut a meatball with a fork, then it is too dense. It was hard and dry and

Stopped by Campagnolo last night and I would definitely go back. We started with a traditional Hummus and it did not disappoint, not only was it well presented, but it tasted as good as it looked and was packed with flavor. I would only request the addition of 1 or 2 more pieces of bread. For entre, I had the
Chicken Picatta, the chicken was tender and the noddles cooked to perfection with great flavor. My friend had the saffron and shrimp risotto and she was not very impressed, she said it tasted bland and a little watery. We had a side of creamy polenta, May just not be for us, but neither of

Smaller, quaint Italian place. Parking behind building. My husband ordered the lasagna, he said it was really good. Heavy on the cheese but he didn't mind. I tried a bite, great flavor but for me it was too heavy. I ordered the Orecchiette. It was very flavorful. I liked it but it was a touch on the dry side. It needed a sauce or a bit of olive oil. We ordered an app, the antipasti platter and artichoke. The platter was just ok, meats were good, only enjoyed a little of the cheese, two were not to our personal preference. Olives were great! The overall quantity on the platter left something to

Meatballs are inedible. Seriously gross.
Lasagna was highly recommended and I’m not sure why. It was plated with a soup of grease.
There really was no flavor or seasoning on anything.
Tried the cheesecake at the end hoping for something to make up for the appetizer and entree but was again, sadly disappointed. It was frozen and hard and seemed like it had been in the back of a freezer for 6 months.
I was really hoping for a nice dinner and this just wasn’t it.
Our waiter was really nice but that’s about it.

Excellent service, accommodating host, delicious food, and fun atmosphere. We didn't have reservations but the host arranged a table for us in 5 minutes. Our server was engaging and attentive. And the lasagna was delicious!

The service was excellent and valet was on it. Our waiter made several recommendations; however, the food was just mediocre. We ordered the caesar salad, fritto misto, lasagna, mushroom rigatoni, and tiramisu. The salad needed some salt and pepper. The rigatoni was under cooked and under seasoned. My husband said his lasagna was just ok. Tiramisu was just okay too. I appreciate that they require a negative COVID test or vaccine card. That definitely made me feel more comfortable.

Food is always delicious. I had the lasagna matta which is my favorite. I also tried the mussels and they were really good! Our waiter Seth was great! Service and his wine recommendation were amazing.

I always have a good experience here and will be back.

Also, not sure how recent this is but you have to show proof of negative Covid test or vaccination card in order to be seated.

My first visit to Campagnolo last weekend was a pleasant surprise. The establishment is has a quaint little charm with intimate seating, outdoor seating and seats right in the action so there’s a vibe for all. The night I was in there was a piano player adding to the experience and created a piano bar vibe which I enjoyed. The drinks, food and service were top notch. I will most definitely be returning.

I ordered the Lasagna Matta. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! My first time trying Italian food at a restaurant and I was very impressed. The meal exceeded my expectations. The cheese wasn’t too loose, the pasta was cooked well, and the sauce was amazing!

I was fully set on another Italian restaurant as my favorite in the city but my mind has been changed! This lasagna is so filling and bursts with flavors. Homemade pasta and sauce. Wine paired so well with the dish. It's a must try in the city! Located right near Piedmont park and a parking lot in the back with free parking. Enjoy!

The Lasagna, you must try it. There are tons of reviews about it for a reason. Yes, the meat, bechamel
and sauce were great, but the pasta still able to actually shine through which in most American lasagna seems to be an afterthought. The lasagna was actually al dente and of very high quality. I recommend it.

Finally got the opportunity to try out Campagnola last night and it was amazing! We were in the mood for Italian and this restaurant has been in my Atlanta dining passbook for quite sometime so we finally gave it a try.

We arrived around 8:45PM, had a reservation (highly recommend) and was seated right away. It was pretty loud as they had a piano player and singer, but the entertainment was amazing!

We were seated right about side of the kitchen and could see how quickly and efficient they were with preparing the food. The chef even came out, sat at our table and walked through several questions

Feels upscale without the upscale $$$. Beautiful, delicious food. Italian, creative dishes. Fantastic patio. One of the best patios in Midtown. The crusty bread with the mussels is amazing. Hanger steak had perfect char from the grill. The sides alone are worth going. Brussels and polenta were delicious. I can't wait to go back for the lasagna!

Ended up visiting multiple times in a weekend trip to Atlanta for both dinner and brunch. Staff are very friendly and the service was great. One of the highlights of my trip!

My friend took me to Campagnolo for my birthday yesterday. It was an amazing meal.

Just to give you a heads up, the parking is off of 10th street in a free valet parking lot besides Zocalo. You enter there and walk through the parking lot to get to the restaurant.

We started our meal with the Fritto Misto and Herb Arancini Antipasti. After looking at the menu my friend and I both decided to have the Lasagna Matta because of the amazing pictures we saw online and our Server's recommendation. It was AMAZING! It was everything you love about lasagna but more. It was so cheesy and gooey but
