Don’t bother with this place. Management could care less about you once you sign that lease. It’s so so noisy and they let the noise continue even when they’re told about it. This is not a place for families. People act like it’s a frat house and it is not worth the money. Plus the halls are always dirty and disgusting. Find somewhere else, trust me.

I can't recommend this place enough! The office staff are all very nice and maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. My move in was a fantastic experience and the apartment was very clean and in good shape. Harli in the leasing office was very helpful and kind when I was in the process of leasing. The property itself is beautiful, and offers tons of amenities.

This place is LOUD. People are out on the balconies at all hours of the night being extremely loud or are hanging out in the parking lot late. Front office says there are quiet hours, but does not enforce them - have called and notified multiple times but nothing is ever done. Do not waste your money on this apartment - not worth it. Wish I could go back and never lease from this place.

While living there, we did not have any issues. Very beautiful apartments and our building was pretty quiet (we lived in building 1).
We relocated to Florida and kept having to push our move out date back, and they were very accommodating with that.
However, their process for receiving final bill payment is very strange to me and has caused a huge headache.
I received a final statement from the complex - what we were charged for was totally fair, and I contacted them directly to try and pay it (as soon as I got the letter - there were no instructions on how to pay on the statement). I was told

The old management was great! The new one not so much! Not timely when it comes to office hours! They don’t like yo obey by the options that they are able to give in the lease. If you break a lease you have to tell them 60 days ahead! READ YOUR LEASE! You can’t sublease even though the lease says you can but they have the option to tell you that they don’t agree. The wording of the lease is definitely for them and not fair when it comes to breaking a lease.
The apt was nice. The community was nice. But the management is not so nice.
