My husband and I lived here just shy of two years. We lived in a lot of different apartment complexes in Florida and this was by far the best. All of the staff were amazing as was the maintenance team. You won't find any better I can promise you. If I could have kidnapped them all and drug them with me I would have. Merry Christmas y'all...you are missed

We rented one of the villas while we built our new home from 1 July 2020 to 30 Sep 2021. The management staff, Wendy, Waldy and Marty took care of minor issues even before I could put in a maintenance request which was not often. They are friendly and professional and are a great asset to the property. The maintenance staff, especially Rick, were friendly and requests were completed within a day most of the time. The villa was new and only had new home quirks. The amenities are kept in tip top shape and my husband loved the gym. We can't say enough good things about our experience at Magnolia Estates

Incredible apartment. Spacious, large island, more cabinet space than you’ll be able to fill. I loved my time there, if I didn’t have to relocate for work I’d still be there now.

Apartments are roomy and nice. Need more handicap parking and access. Doors don't open for wheel chair access.

Was just a visitor to this development. Very new and I loved the architectural esthetic! I was in the apartment building. Everything was clean and even the elevator had a brand new smell. The apartment i visited had a nice layout and was spacious.
