In 2011, Kiedrowski's Bakery was named "The Best Bakery in America" by Baking Buyer Magazine and Dawn Foods. Kiedrowski's won by a landslide, earning over 50% of the votes. Votes came from not only from the USA, but also Canada, Germany, Iraq and Afghanistan. Tim and Terri Kiedrowski opened Kiedrowski's Simply Delicious Bakery in 1984 in Scenic Amherst, Ohio (The Sandstone Capitol of World), a nearby suburb of Cleveland.
Accidents can be disastrous in a bakery, but the 'snoogle accident' was a welcome one for Kiedrowski's! Late one evening at the bakery, Tim as preparing ladylocks and Terri was working on a batch of cheese danish. With leftover ingredients, these two happy bakers set out to create something new. A little bit of this, a little of that, and voila, the Snoogle was born!
The Fat Tuesday, deep-fried Polish treat so popular that we have to park a storage unit behind the store to hold the raw ingredients. During the 10 days before Lent each year, people line up in the parking lot under tents provided by the bakery to buy about 85,000 paczki. About 18 years ago, Kiedrowski's began the Paczki Ball, an event that has sold out every year except once when it coincided with a blizzard.
We have cakes available every day in a variety of sizes and flavors, ready to personalize while you wait! In addition, we can create a cake for any occasion. Want a photo on a cake? We can do that! Bring in your photo and we will transfer the image onto edible icing and place it on your cake. This service requires an additional charge of $7.00 per image.
The Paczki ball is family-friendly ball, with a traditional Polish dinner and all of the paczki you can eat. Come and join the fun with Ed Klimczak and his Band of Renown, the Presentation of the Paczki and the Kiedrowski Prize Patrol! Buffet Dinner includes sausage and sauerkraut, cabbage and noodles, potato and cheese pierogies, green beans with bacon and Polish sweet bread.

We were in the area so we stopped in because I had read once they were voted "Best Bakery in America", of course you have to check it out. It's a quaint bakery and it reminded of the bakeries when I was younger. It had fresh bread, pastries, donuts, danish rings, kolaches, cut out cookies, etc. Everything looked yummy. They are known for a pastry they make called "Snoogle" it's like a puff pastry twist filled with a sweet cream cheese. I noticed everyone who came in order Snoogles. I can see why, they are wonderful! The people who work there are super sweet. I highly recommend if you are in the

We make a stop here every single time we come home to visit Cleveland. Love the Polish atmosphere and they have the absolute best apple fritters I can find sold commercially (but the lady in Milan that sells them in her from yard made to order are the bestest EVAR!!). The hours seem to move around a lot and your can't really trust what's on Google maps. They post them in the window but that doesn't help somebody who isn't a regular. Regardless, they frequently have a line out the door so not much of a worry for them. Fritters sell out quick so I'd call ahead. You guys rock!!

The most delicious bakery in town.! This little shop is a Foodie dream come true! There's all kinds of delicious, fresh, mouth watering cakes, doughnuts, breads, and goodies waiting to satiate your desire to munch on culinary art. On top of that, they are friendly ❤️. Very appropriate for children, kind of wheelchair accessible, you will need help in and out due to the small size of the shop, and definitely worth the visit. You'll need a minimum of $15 to really enjoy yourself but that would get you a few goodies and some milk. If you are looking to be the person everyone loves at the office

I love to bake and seldom go to professional bakeries, but for this place I make an exception!! The snoogles are just so unique and so delicious. The base dough is so light and fluffy and the filling adds just the right amount creamy goodness. Everything is good but you HAVE to try a snoogle. Get a warm one and eat it right away if at all possible!!!

Not happy! Ordered a gluten free cake for my grandson's Baptism. Spelled Elliott with 1 t and the order had 2 t's on it. So they had to add one. Brought it back out with no glitter on the they added. Sent it back again and when they Brought it back it looked like they just dumped glitter on it! Had to take it because I have to leave in morning for Columbus. Terrible job!
