Editing this again. I was constantly assured that things would happen, simple things (like communication), and then subsequently let down by the staff. It was awful. Retire elsewhere. You will be happier.
Also, they want 45 days to pay their customers back for their deposits. No other company in all of Orlando does this. Don’t get me wrong, if you don’t have to put down a deposit, then great. But they will try to force you into it. They seem quite predatory, are terrible at basic customer service and civility, and they screwed up my whole life—I couldn’t get my pills from the VA for almost
