Every apartment will be inspected and repaired by our redecoration team and will be painted, cleaned, and carpet cleaned before move in. This is our second stay at Glenn Valley! We are very pleased with every aspect of this community. We have wonderful neighbors on every side of us, which is evidence of their screening for residency here.
You will be hard pressed to find a better complex in Battle Creek...Clean, beautiful grounds that are well maintained, pet friendly, a well kept community pool, and the list goes on...

Best Apartment I've ever lived in. The Staff are very kind and they care about the comfort of our stay. Everything but Electricity and Internet+Cable is included in the Rent, so no worries of paying for all those amenities (Washer Dryer, Water, Gas, Garbage collection, etc) separately, and it's still so Economical. And neighbors are all great people. Lawns are well maintained, Snow is cleaned as early as possible, at least the Footpath first. I've seen people working hard early morning at 4 AM. Small town, limited workforce, still they work hard to keep us as comfortable as possible.
