Rick was amazing. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain everything to me. His report had a remarkable amount of detail, and it was very easy to understand. I am SO glad I am doing my 3 inspections with him for my new townhouse (pre-drywall, pre-delivery, and 11 months post delivery). Spoke with Rick about a roof job that was recently done and told him of some issues I was concerned with. I inquired if he did walk on roof inspections. After a detailed, informative phone conversation, he put my mind at ease, explained things, told me what to check/look for and pointed me in the right direction. He knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend and appreciate the time he took with me.

The service we got from Rick at Absolute Assurance was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do a home inspection. Rick was easy to work with, responsive and professional. He made time on his day off to get our inspection done. I stuck around throughout the whole inspection (4 hours) and asked questions, which he was more than happy to answer. Never once was I made to feel that my questions were a nuisance. He really just wants his customers to be informed home owners. Absolute Assurance (owned and operated by Rick) was probably the best experience I had so far with purchasing my first home. Buying my first home has not been a pleasant or easy process, and as a very anxious person finding a good home inspector was super important.
