My name is Michael, and I am your Certified Professional Home Inspector. I was born and raised in the New Oxford, PA area. I am married to the love of my life, and a father of five children. A son, and four daughters. Their ages range from 22, all the way down to 3 years of age. I believe in true family values, and everything that it incorporates.
Sometimes when you are buying a home in a competitive market, in order for your offer to be accepted, the home inspection is waived. With this service, I will walk through the house with you, the potential buyer. While you tour the home, I will check out the roof, foundation, and other possible big ticket items as agreed upon prior to the walk through.

Rife Home Inspections was hired to do a home inspection and pest inspection on a house we were buying. Michael did an excellent job and gave a very detailed report of the recommended repairs. With his report having all the information we were able to get a lot of the repairs done by the sellers before settlement! It saved us thousands of dollars! Thank you!!

Rife home inspections, is owned by my father. My wife and I are buying our first home, I got the home inspected today and the inspection was thorough and very informative. Did a VA loan for the home and was very informative on the inspections for VA loans. I’m not recommending be of him being my Dad, I’m recommending him because he takes it job very serious, does a full thorough inspection and is very knowledgeable. Definitely informed me of things I was unaware of!
