There are many eyeglass lens options available. Your eye care provider will take your lifestyle and vision correction needs into consideration when helping you select the right lenses for your eyes. In addition to assessing your visual acuity, your eye care provider will test for common eye diseases, assess how your eyes are functioning together, and more. Serious health issues like diabetes and high blood pressure are often first detected during an eye exam. The American Optometric Association (AOA) recommends children have their eyes examined at 6 months old, three years old, at the start of school, and every two years until age 18.

Scheduling an appointment was super quick and easy. Dr Ben was super casual yet very professional and gave some great advice regarding the new contacts he recommended. He didn’t rush any part of the experience but worked to make sure I was well taken care of. I’d highly recommend this eye doctor and staff to anyone looking for a great experience start to finish with contacts or glasses.

They were so accommodating, one thing I liked was the eye doctor he was so patient and I didn't feel like cattle. They helped me pick out glasses. When they could have sold me the more expensive ones, she was honest and told me which one suited me best. They weren't the most expensive ones. I loved her honesty.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Ben and he was so nice and informative. Also the front staff were really pleasant and nice! I am definitely referring others and I will be returning for my annual eye exam! They have a great variety of frames I noticed to choose from! I am pleased to say Dr. Ben will be my new optometrist from here on out!

This is my 2nd visit with Eyes on Broad, and every appointment has been such a great experience. Not only is the patient/customer service quality, but the doctors are always so informative! I learn something new every visit and they explain everything so well that it’s easy to follow and understand.
This past visit I learned that I have 20/10 vision! I always thought the goal was to have 20/20 vision but the doctor explained that to have 20/10 vision is amazingly rare!
The staff is super friendly and the office and equipment are very clean! Book your appointment tomorrow… thank me later!

Went in for an emergency appointment and from the phone call in I was receiving the absolute best service! Very personable and professional. Made me feel very comfortable and everything was easily done as far as paperwork and insurance. The doctor was so nice and had super cool socks! I was in and out in about 25 min. I have found a new home for eye care!!!

Very professional and friendly optometrist office. I highly recommend using Eyes on Broad. Upon arrival, there was not much wait time at all before I was seen. If the wait was a little longer I could have partaken in the complimentary refreshments.(they have beer and wine🙂)
The exam was very thorough, yet swiftly done. The wait between exam, photos etc. and the Dr entering to dial in the perfect prescription, was less than 5 minutes. I was literally in and out in 45 minutes with a set of new frames and lenses paid for and on order.

I got two pairs here and I want to be clear, they were expensive. However, the glasses were absolutely perfect and the service was fantastic. You get what you pay for and when something is going to sit on your face for a full year, the extra $ to get it right is totally worth it. My glasses look great, fit perfectly and the progressive lenses are the best as far as being able to see close, mid and far away. I've never had progressives that worked really well for all distances before and I believe that the optician's attention to detail made all the difference.

Super nice and welcoming! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The staff & doctor are great & patient. The time you sit in the room and then they tell you the doctor will be right in is little to no wait at all. They are very efficient. In and out if what I always hope for and this place was great for that! Made the whole experience much easier than I expected. Lastly my insurance is very confusing and they worked with me while trying to get that validated!

Dr. Ben Colston, OD is the best in the business. A true breath of fresh air. He is thorough, on time, friendly, knowledgeable, hired terrific office staff, offers state of the art vision testing technology, has a clean facility, and a beautiful selection of frames to choose from. Our family is super happy here & won't go anywhere else for our optometry needs/vision care.

Absolutely loved this Optimetrist, it's close to me and I got my eyes checked, they are doing great! I got some free samples, eye drops for my scratched cornea as well. And they gave me a discount on my glasses! They have Tom Ford frames that are absolutely gorgeous, they also have ray-bans , Michael kors and more! Dr Colston is awesome , he was thorough with the exam, the staff is awesome as well. We really enjoyed our visit. The office is so clean and There's plenty of parking outside, they have coffee and drinks while you wait.

I saw this new Optometrist and Eye glasses Office on my way into a business next door. Thought I'd stop to check it out since I was thinking I wd like to see the frames they offer. I have done that a lot in the last six months because I have been shopping for the just right ones plus pricing and value ! Went to at least 4 others before this one!

Very thrilled with our experience with Dr. Ben and his staff! My 9 year old son picked out some black ray-ban's and it only took 3 business days to receive his new glasses!
Dr. Ben was really patient with my son and I am very impressed with the way he manages all aspects of his new office. He even answers calls and schedules appointments while his staff is out to lunch!

Eyes on Broad is a fantastic place! I was seen promptly and Dr. Colston was super friendly. He answered any questions I had and was patient with my going back and forth during the exam. The staff at Eyes on Broad is AMAZING! Dr. Colston was very professional, was patient (I need to double check if "1" or "2" several times ), and very thorough with my eye exam. They had several choices in frames and were willing to help me find a frame that fits my face! I look forward to coming back in the future!
