Today we are celebrating 20 years of marriage with a new wedding band for me designed and made by Richard and Marsha to compliment the ring we bought from him for our wedding. It was exactly within our budget, beautiful and elegant beyond anything we could imagine. We have always received personal attention and kindness. When I accidentally threw my wedding ring and antique aquamarine ring into silver cleaner where they sat for over 24 hours, I ran to Marsha, crying my eyes out. Richard continues to provide excellent customer service, as he did throughout the entire custom design process. He listens, educates, and is patient and honest. Richard Dolgin did a wonderful job refurbishing a ring I inherited from my mother after she passed away recently. They understood the sentimental value of the piece of jewelry, and they cleaned, sized and restored it to be even more beautiful than I imagined! Horrible experience!! They actually soldered both of my diamond anniversary bands... The one on the top AND the one on the bottom... Sideways! So if I were to wear my ring, the diamonds on each band would actually be off center from my wedding ring, and that means that they are on the side of my finger as well. We moved and we're looking for a jeweler to start doing work with, and this was a very disappointing choice. The customer service was also terrible and they were very rude when confronted with their mistake.

Took my ring to Richard for resizing, I found out there was a lot of work that needed to be done on it, I agreed.
