Now owned by Bruce and Alan Goodheart, this family began its service to its clients in 1951 in Sedalia, MO. Alan and Bruce grew up knowing nothing but the jewelry business and how to treat customers.
For more than 50 years, the Goodheart's tradition of expert service shines when it comes to properly repairing your family's heirloom jewelry pieces. Bruce Goodheart is a Gemologist, Certified Goldsmith, and A.J.P., an expert in diagnosis and repair of any jewelry issue you might have. With over 25 years working at his jewelry bench, he will provide the best and most cost effective ways to return your precious jewelry to like new condition.
All these events call for working with insurance companies to file a claim and replace your items. We have contacts with over 50 insurance companies around the country - State Farm, The Hartford, Chubb, Safeco, Farmer's, Farm Bureau and Allstate just to name a few - to make your traumatic experience easier to live with.
Our first step in this creative process is to find out what you are wanting to create (a ring, pendant, earrings, bracelet, etc.) and finding out more about you. What you like or don't like. Types of jewelry you wear now. Maybe you have some outdated jewelry, some from a previous life. We could possibly utilize those pieces into the vision you have in your mind.

I bought an estate ring for my wife. She had it resized in California and the jeweler kept one of the sapphires. He said he tightened all of the stones but within a week we lost 3 diamonds
Allen to the rescue!! Allen looked at the ring and gave me an estimate. He replaced the diamonds and the sapphire and made the ring look brand new! When I picked it up it was less than the estimated cost.

I would rate a zero if this site would let me. Also...I have reviewed this store before and they apparently select which posts can be public, which isn't right. They chose not to keep my review in here. My ex husband bought my engagement ring from Goodheart's years ago for $8,500.00. I went to at least 10 jewelry stores to try to sell my ring later. Most places weren't even interested in it. I brought it back to Goodheart's to try to sell it back to them and they wouldn't even make an offer.
The highest offer I had when I went to sell it was $700.00 because the diamond had a big flaw. I tell everyone

Alan and Bruce are awesome! They are really friendly and provide excellent customer service. I took my wedding ring in to have it replated and repaired and they did an amazing job. I love that they are a family owned small business jewelry store. I highly recommended Goodheart's Jewelry and will definitely go back for all my future jewelry needs.

Bruce and his brother Alan treated me like I was the most important person in the world this week. I was checking on the possibility of transforming 2 rings of my moms that held special memories for me. These rings were not top dollar except in sentiment.
I also had several watches that they put new batteries in for me. Due to my work schedule they waited until I could arrive after 5pm to pick up my watches. Their service was hesrtwarming!
