Concierge Personal Training delivers the highest quality personalized training available. Rachael is originally from Poway. She has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and through the American Academy of Sports Dieticians and Nutritionists. She is CPR and AED certified through the American Red Cross.
I believe the key to good health is Prevention. I have always been an active person. I exercise regularly and it's important to prepare your body to be able to exercise without injury. The older I get the more convinced I am that stretching is a way of preparing muscles for activity. Since Rachael has been helping me with proper stretching, I find my balance has improved and my joints seem a lot more flexible.
With In Home Personal Training you train in the comfort of your own home. You can avoid the meat market and the unnecessary gym gawkers. You don't have to sit on sweaty gym equipment. You get to cut out traffic and drive time for your added convenience. You can listen to your own music. Their are not any distractions.
Concierge Personal Training offers a mobile workout service. We go above and beyond creating individualized fitness and overall health and nutrition programs for each client. In a group setting programs are still customized to meet every individual level and goal. Our highly specialized programs safely increase overall strength, build lean muscle and increase metabolisms.

My family has worked with Rachel and her team for well over a year and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. In Home Personal Training is AWESOME! I would highly recommend them. Rachael and her team do a fantastic job on your first session to assess your needs and make a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals. They brought a variety of exercises each session so it didn't feel like I was doing the same thing every week. I saw immediate improvements and now have a long term plan for sustained physical health. Bottom line-you won't regret hiring them.

I wanted to lose weight and get in better condition. Rachel & Nas were able to help me with this. I'm stronger and lost 28 lbs.(during Covid!), while everyone else was gaining. Also, I had some pain in my lower back which they worked on so I would be able to take walks and do some of the exercises, and it worked. They would push me to do more than I thought I could do and cheered me when I did well. They work you but are patient when you struggle. Doing in-home training was great for me. I highly recommend these ladies and enjoyed working with them. Thank you Rachel & Nas.

I highly recommend Rachael and Nas for personal fitness training! About a year ago, my teenage son and I started our workouts with them, originally as in-home personal training visits. Their personal touch was very helpful in forming good habits and staying engaged. Later we transitioned to online sessions due to covid. They tailor our workouts to our needs and adjust difficulty so that the exercises are always challenging without making it too hard. No matter how many ab exercises we do, it never gets easy...they will up the game and challenge those muscles to become stronger! In one hour a week

Rachael is a top notch personal trainer with an individualized approach to help her clients meet their goals with a variety of safe and effective exercises.
