Berkeley Apartmetns

We loved living here the only reason we moved is because we purchased a home. The staff is always communicating with the community and available if you have any questions. The apartments themselves look amazing. Especially compared to other Greenville apartment complexes that wants to charge more for a sub par apartment. The Berkeley in my option is very reasonably priced and comes with granite counter top, dog park, pool and grilling area and even a Amazon hub. We loved every minute of living there.!

Best place I’ve ever lived! I love the sense of security I feel living within a gated community and having an alarm system in my apartment! The apartment is such a great size and the upgraded countertops and vinyl plank flooring makes me feel so high class! The staff is great, all the girls in the leasing office are so helpful and sweet plus maintenance always gets the job done super quick! Now I want to get a dog to utilize the cute on property dog park!!

I lived here for over four years. Best management and maintenance. Only reason I’m moving is because I bought a condo.

This is a GREAT apartment. Very beautiful. Safe. The young ladies at the front are so nice. Caitlin was so great to work with as I relocated. Being that this was the only place I was able to see as I was coming from out of state, I cannot compare this complex to any other in Greenville, NC. If it wasn't for one thing this place would get an 5/5 stars from me. The biggest problem is the NOISE! Trust me. This review is for one of the maintenance men, Randy. I had a bug problem in my apartment and he went beyond his normal duties to help me clear them out. I don't know what I would have done without him! Highly recommend.

Probably the best luxury apartments in the Greenville! The pool, fitness and dog park with an picnic table really help to make the apartment complex great place to live. Love the layout and openness of the floor-plans! To top it off, the management staff is always so sweet and helpful. I had a couch delivered and I wasn't able to make it when it was scheduled for delivery. One of the girls took care of it for me -signed and delivered and she didn't make me feel like the huge inconvenience that I was definitely asking of them.

Lived here for a year and no issues with apartment and management. Everyone was super friendly and so accommodating. Area was safe. Only reason we moved is that we needed a bigger space to accommodate our growing family. Highly recommend living here!
P.S. It is an apartment so obviously you will be able to hear neighbors cause u share walls with people. It is to be expected in apartment living. We have lived in apartments in California, New York and Chicago, and this is what you will encounter anywhere you go. For the price and what you get, it was a great experience!

I love living here! Great community, management is extremely nice and willing to go the extra mile when issues arise, and the grounds are very well kept. I love the layout of my one bedroom and as a single woman living by myself I feel very safe and secure. Couldn't ask for more!

The Berkeley was a wonderful place to live! I lived there for a year when the complex first opened and had a great experience. I loved the amenities including the pool and the gym. The staff was always so nice and helpful, and worked hard to plan community events where I was able to meet some of my neighbors who were mostly hospital employees, graduate students, and others looking for a quieter place to live near ECU campus. Highly recommend!
