This was some of the worst tasting Chinese food I have every had. We had 5 different dishes, and they use the same vegetable blend in every single thing. The spicy chicken was not spicy in the least, unless you consider ketchup spicy. It was even a weird bright red color and very unappealing all around. Will never go back.

I ordered over the phone and advised no onions and when I got to the location the young man told me I did not tell him that. Excuse me, he than said ok, ok… Knowing that I did mention this instead of apologizing for his error. When we got home there was a long piece of black her in my husbands food. Disgusting, unprofessional and lack of customer service. I do not recommend this place a 10$ meal wasted.

I used to love China Fu. I hear they have new owners now. Been so bad since 2019. I decided to try again two years later. Was even worse! Food is absolutely AWEFUL and the egg rolls were rancid! Do not go to this place! They don't know how to cook or portion their food! Food poisoning I give them a 5 star!!!

I've been patronizing this restaurant food more than three years because the food is modestly better than the other options in my neighborhood.
i will not again. Waste of time and money. Enjoyed a cheese sandwich this evening after the owner was unable or unwilling to appreciate me buying dinner for my family on a Friday night from her restaurant. Glad to see that they are doing so well in the pandemic environment that she doesn't need my family's business. There are at least five other Chinese style restaurants within two miles.

Absolutely terrible service! The young immature "know-it-all" at the front counter has obviously never had another job. He repeated my order back to me over the phone and told me how long it would be. It took twice as long and when I got back home the order was still wrong and when I called back he said they didn't have the item I ordered available as a combo even though he repeated the word "combo" back to me when I ordered it! Then he would not make it right and had a smart mouth with me on the phone. I will never return to this restaurant. Not to mention it was filthy and they weren't wearing

I just had the worst experience. I have a raging sinus infection and all I wanted was some food that I could pick up and eat and feel better with. I ordered online. Doing this makes you create an account but there is no way to log out of that account. If you back up or exit the browser you are still logged in which is very unsecure. Then when I picked up the food they tried to charge me more tax than I was charged online even though the total dollar amount for the food was the exact same. They told me next time to call in to order instead of ordering online (so they can charge me more tax?? And

The cashier/food preparer approached the counter to take the order while wiping inside her mouth with a tissue(she was sitting and eating when I came into the restaurant)). I then observed her handling food without washing her hands. None of the staff had on masks as they spoke to each other and prepared the food. I do not plan to patronize this restaurant again.

Enjoyed in the past but, was awful today! Ordered two lunch specials. Pork fried rice that comes with the combination lunch had no pork put burned diced carrots to try to pass off as pork! Pork egg foo young was too over cooked (burned) was so tough and also no pork in it! It would have been nice if they said they didn't have pork! Also ordered shrimp and chicken in garlic sauce! two shrimp and three pieces of chicken. Mostly zucchini, a few pieces of carrot and sauce. Very disappointed! I do not plan on going back.

While I have ordered from this place several times, and overall it is not bad, I am writing today about the service and not the food. In an effort for curbside, or quick takeaway, and not standing in line ordering, or waiting for it to be cooked, I ordered online. I even got an email from them stating my order and the price. When I went to the store to collect 10 minutes later, they tried to charge me 10% more. They said it was an internet ordering fee. I asked if it was noted on the website and I had missed it. If so, I could understand, but they responded, "We are working on that"

Called to ask a question about something on the menu because I am new to the city and have never been to this business. I asked if they prepare the shrimp fried rice w/ white rice instead of yellow they told me to come in and order it that way and they could make it the way I requested. Once I arrived from the very beginning the female owner had a very bad attitude about cooking the shrimp fried rice like I wanted.I did tell her that I called ahead and asked could it be done. Hands down the worse Chinese food in the area! Definitely do not order within 30 minutes of closing. Your meal will contain straps of fat leftover instead of actual pork. Forget about customer service. When I called to let them know, they argued with me about it. Then I was told that they would only replace it the next day if I brought back the old rice. No problem! I will gladly bring the rice and well as a ziplock filled with inedible mystery meat!!

I'm updating my review based on my most recent visit. On my initial visit, the egg roll, orange chicken and crab rangoons were all mediocre and over cooked. The egg roll did not taste good and the chicken was not flavorful.
During my most recent visit, all of these negatives were turned into a more positive experience. The egg roll, General Taos chicken and the crab rangoons were all comparable to what you'd see at any other ordinary Chinese take out. All food was clearly cooked properly and not overdone.
I'd like to point out I enjoy the fact that they do not fill the combos
